Pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s so pretty and huge! Host was super communicative and easy to reach during our stay. Even checked on us a few times. Only thing I would recommend is asking for the gate address as well as the property address because inputting the property address took us to a closed “emergency only” gate. Other than that, everyone enjoyed their stay and the kids (U10) did not want to leave at all.

How was as expected. Only issue was the amount of cars allowed into the community. Unfortunately the host did not have a good solution. They also did not seem to be aware of this change in the community’s policy. The dinnerware set was well stocked but very basic kitchen equipment. If you are cooking for a lot of people you may want to bring a large pan and knifes that are sharp enough for food prep/ knife sharpener. Otherwise the home was very nice no issues with getting anything to work. Clean neat and close to the activities. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would absolutely stay again. Just make sure you don’t have more than 6 cars in your party.

The home was amazing and as advertised. Very clean. The game room and home amenities kept eight teenage boys entertained after a long day at the theme parks. Great customer service from the team. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great! Only one issue the freezer wasn't freezing the food but when we realized our food was ruined called host and he sent someone over to check it. We loved how easy check in was painless!

Family Birthday Celebration

The house was perfect for our mixed age group. It is exactly as listed. Easy to find/access and host was very responsive to our needs/requests. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable trip for the whole family.

This house was perfect for us!It was very nicely decorated, very clean and fun! We stayed for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect! The kids had so much fun with the gaming room.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Favorite vacation house ever

We take an annual family vacation and have stayed at a ton of rental houses this is the best one we have ever been to! This was our third year here and we will be back next year!! Perfect amount of space close to the parks and the neighborhood is so quiet and amazing!

Wonderful Place!

The host is kind and responsive and the property is exactly as pictured. The beds were all incredibly comfortable as were the couches and seating areas. The house is thoughtfully laid out and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as complimentary access to the water parks. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

The good and the bad

The house decor is very nice. The cleaning was not so good. The sheets and towels had yellow spots or stains on them. The floor had dirty spots. It wasn’t swept well the worst part about this particular house. It had roaches real bad and as we will sit on the couch watching a movie a roach got on my grandkids I had to go to Walmart to buy raid just so if I see them while we were sitting out, I could spray them and that part made my trip bad I couldn’t sleep becausmother than that.

A good family house

We enjoyed the game room and the theming of the bedrooms. The kitchen could have been stocked better for a house that sleeps 20. There were not enough dishes and cups for that many. There were also not enough blankets/comforters for all the beds. The listing was incorrect and showed a sofa bed which was not there. Overall, very clean and we enjoyed the clubhouse amenities as well. It took 30-40 minutes to get to Disney with traffic.

Great communication and great house!

We really enjoyed this home during a week vacation with family. It was large enough to accommodate everyone. It was clean, and I liked how there were no carpets.The hidden room under the stairs was a big hit with the kids.The game room was very well put together, and I liked how they didn't repurpose a garage, so it was truly like additional finished space in the home.The location, while far from the clubhouse, was ok.My only complaint is the house didn't come with much, such as utensils for cooking, towels, pool toys, etc. The pots and pans were old, scratched up.Refreshen the kitchen utensils, add some extra towels and pool toys and then this house would be perfect.

School Trip Successful

Perfect for 14 students and 4 adults lots to do in the area and at the house. The students really enjoyed the pool. We prepared meals, the kitchen was stocked for our needs with pots, pans, bowls, plates etc.

Great multi family thanksgiving

Property looked even better than the pictures. Teens really enjoyed the game and pool spaces. A lot of kitchenware available, we were able to cook a full thanksgiving meal and had plenty of dishwater, serving plates and utensils.

Vacation home

We had an amazing time at this arb. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated with theme rooms, and it was in a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Would recommend.
