Had an absolute great stay! This was our 5th stay at Solterra, but first at this property, we love this gated community and the area! We were at this property for 2 weeks. The house was clean upon arrival, the small care package with dish soap, detergent, toilet paper, salt/pepper, etc was appreciated (this was the best one we received so far). It is close to the entrance and the clubhouse. The air hockey table and pool table were a hit! The pool had issues to which we contacted the management company and they had a technician as soon as they could come by to fix the issue and graciously reimbursed the days it was not heated. The door to the pool is equipped with an alarm which we needed to adjust to having to go in/out of the house, I understand the need completely, I just wish there would be a way to opt out either by signing a contract as we were 6 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay at this property again for its location and as well as the communication with the management team, which was very rapid and professional!
