Stunning, designer furnished 7th Heaven Villa! This home has everything that you, your family and friends will ever need and more! Walt Disney World Resort® is only 2 traffic signals away. This luxury South facing pool home, completed in June 2004, has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and will accommodate 15 people plus infants comfortably. The private pool and spa has a large, extended decking area around it and is complemented with a porch providing some shade. All towels and bed linen will be supplied.

3 additional bedrooms (One with bunk beds and a twin bed, one with two twin beds, and 1 with a queen bed)

If you can manage to get everyone out of the pool, there is a house full of features to keep everyone happy for the entire stay!

The main floor consists of the main living room, Family room Both with large screen TV's, Dining room, Kitchen, laundry room and Game room. As well as a queen bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs you will find 4 King bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a Twin/Twin bunkbed and separate twin bed, and 1 bedroom with twin beds.

The living room has A large flat screen TV, DVD player, 2 plush comfy sofas and 2 chairs. The home does have a few DVD's for your viewing pleasure. For the Book lover of the family the home has plenty of books to choose from.

The large living room is attached to the fully equipped kitchen, making the entire downstairs an open and inviting area for everyone to hang out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and when traveling with a large group, an "out of this world" kitchen is a must! There is a small dinette set in the kitchen area, so the family can chat with the chef as he works his magic! State of the art appliances, and enough serving dishes, cookware and place settings to serve a small army, this kitchen has everything, including an air fryer!

A full tummy only means one thing: A good nights sleep! It's impossible to have a bad night in one of these luxury bedrooms!

After a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning, you'll be refreshed and ready for some fun in the game room.

This game room has a full-size pool table, Ping Pong table, arcade game and dart board.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool heat/Spa is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you at least 48 hours prior to arrival, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. ***Min 3 nights - $188 plus tax, 4+ days $60/per day plus tax.

Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; Tiki Bar, Business Center, Sand Volleyball, Tennis Courts, as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers are provided for guests use.

The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

Effective 9/1/21, Emerald Island Resort HOA requires all guests to register and obtain gate access cards prior to arrival. A non-refundable fee of $20 per vehicle must be paid minimum 3 days prior to arrival in order to gain access to the resort.
