We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and helpful before and during our stay. House had plenty of space for our multigenerational family of 12. Great to have our own private pool and also the resort pool which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Thanks for everything!

Home Away From Home

We had a great time on our trip! The house was just as pictured and accommodated our needs. Sabrina communicated with us prior to and throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed. Universal Epic Family trip 2025

The house was wonderful just as it was pictured , it was clean and inviting to spend seven days …Solterra Resorts clubhouse and area was wonderful too. Spring Break 2025

Sabrina was great with communication from our initial reservation all the way through the end of our stay. The house was exactly as described and represented by the pictures. The resort amenities were very nice. Pickleball courts were great. Would stay here again.

Nice place, but some things could use some attention.

Despite arriving very late & very exhausted, check-in went smooth & quick. Sabrina communicated promptly & clearly.Awaking the next morning, we were better able to check the house out. At first glance it seemed fine - rather worn compared to photos in the ad - some of which we expected (it seems rentals never look as nice as their photos). But as we settled in, we noticed that it was not cleaned very well & there are some things in disrepair.

XMAS VACATION

Beautiful house in a great location. Communication with the host Sabrina was fantastic and the house was spotlessly clean. Had everything we could have wished for and was like home from home and ideal for our two families.The resort itself was perfect for the kids with lots of activities going on.Would definitely recommend and would visit again thank you.

Amazing family vacation!

This house was way bigger than we thought from looking at the pictures and blew our expectations out of the water! Host was very easy to talk to and responded promptly. The only thing I would change but I do understand why it does it is I would have the hot tub jets on a different schedule because that would be amazing after a long day at the parks to relax in the hot tub. Also the downstairs master bedroom ran alot hotter than the rest of the house so if you are someone that likes a cooler sleeping environment I would choose an upstairs bedroom. Other than those two things everything was perfect and we had an amazing stay in your house thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great Family Friendly Home

We were a group of two families; there were 10 of us including children ranging in ages from 9-18. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was very clean. We loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt crowded. The decor and appliances were new and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need make meals while you stay. There are grocery stores nearby and they deliver to make things even easier. We loved having access to our own pool and hot tub right at the house and spent most evenings out there. The clubhouse has a nice pool with a lazy river and the workout facility was clean. The backyard is very private with a pond and lots of wildlife to watch; it was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed our time there and have only nice things to say about our experience!

Beautiful!

The house was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room and pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was spotless when we arrived. I had a couple of issues throughout the week but Sabrina got back to me almost immediately each time! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Home owner was very prompt with any inquiries and gave thorough information and instructions for checking in and out. Would stay here again!

Great stay

My family and I had an amazing stay here. I had no issues staying here. When needing something Sabrina emailed back right away with whatever was needed. The house was beautiful and stocked with anything needed. Will definitely book again in the future.
