Lovely villa in a nice, quiet gated community only 20 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Universal.Couldn’t have wished for a more perfect Villa for our visit to Orlando.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The communication with management was great and the response was fast. Loved the location. We all really enjoyed the pool…even though its a little small. We went to the pool at the clubhouse and had a great time. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the only bedroom with so a fan is the master bedroom. So, sleeping wasn’t comfortable but yet not to uncomfortable, but a fan would be nice to have in each room.

My only complaint

My only complaint is that we spent too much time away from our home-away-from-home. The neighborhood was a secure and gated community. The pool was an excellent way to wind down at the end of the day, it's a couple of hundred dollars for heating but well worth it, the same price as a couple of meals on Disney, haha. Disney is 15 minutes away, close enough to have lunch at "home". We would recommend it to our family and friends as well as you here reading this review.

Beautiful Home

This home exceeded my husband and I's expectations. It was spacious and very clean. We felt safe taking our newborn since the community is gated and has a guard. The downside would be it is pretty far from attractions. Also, you have to pay for heat to the pool. Over $100 in fact just for a 3 night stay. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again!

Open & Honest Review of Recent Stay

Two adult couples stayed in this rental for a week in mid-March. The purpose of our trip was for our sons baseball games with the RussMatt outfit. Games are south of "Orlando" proper so the location of this house was great to get to neighboring towns south of Orlando proper. The house itself was as explained and was clean upon arrival. Including all bathrooms! Generally the kitchen was appointed as explained & was suitable for serving a dozen people. This is not a brand-new house so some things are a bit dated like the locking of the sliding door. It does lock, but takes a bit of strength. After reading a previous review I was a bit concerned about the house & surrounding atmosphere. Well this is Florida, & the clientele changes weekly! Our week was quiet and gave no reason to be concerned with the community. The community itself appears to be made up of a mix of full-time residents & rentals. Many people walk their dogs & children in the gated community. Lastly, I will finish with the pool area. The pool itself is smaller than it appears! We did get the pool heated which was necessary for us adults! The pool would be small for multiple families with children, but was fine for happy hour & cooling off. We did notice on day 2 that at least two of the Lanai screen panels were missing. It was March so the bugs were not bad. If I rented in the hotter months when there are more bugs, I would have been very unhappy. The rental outfit should really get them fixed.

Needs a lot of cleaning!

Overall, the property is good enough for a short stay; it needs some attention but it’s a rental. However, the pool is disgusting! Full of mildew and scum. There is no way to enjoy it so might as well not have one. Im upset to have paid for a pool home where the pool is not usable. As far as the location… the area and community are great, but t is not that close to the parks and the area traffic is horrendous, making it 40+ minutes travel time on average.

Just an FYI amigo. ⚠️CAUTION ⚠️

If you like being surrounded by loud, nosey, 24/7 partying neighbors, no privacy, tons of traffic and a binder full of house rules that make federal tax laws seem like a breeze, this is the place for you. Oh did I mention the neighbors next door also liked to party from sun up to sun up, over fill their trash cans and take it upon themselves to fill your trash cans up, which wouldn’t be a big deal except house rules state you’re only allowed to put 3 bags of trash in your cans for pickup for the week or else,.. both across the street and next door was a 24/7 fiesta, 3-8 cars parked in front of your house their house, both sides of the street all week. The community pool was honestly the saving grace here, as well as the mid sized pool table in the garage (non air conditioned). There were damages to the walls, carpet, and blinds which I documented and emailed to the management company soon as we walked in, to avoid being blamed for and having the deposit taken, assuming it being from previous guests. In closing, if you’re not a fan of non stop extremely loud Latino music, if you like a little privacy, if being able to get sleep at night is on your agenda, if you’re not keen on carrying around a code book with you on vacation to be sure you’re not breaking any rules over how many decibels your fart can be in the house… then keep scrolling cuz this place was not built for you. Nice house just poor location and apparently HOA rules only apply to you.
