The host gave us all of the information needed for an easy entry and exit. The place was close to all of the great parks and other activities available in Orlando. The facilities also offered many activities that were kid friendly with an heated pool. The apartment did need some TLC. The carpet was worn and fraying in the doorways. The bathmats were also matted and seen better day. The fan in The master bedroom was missing a full fan blade. The light in the second bedroom does not turn on. And the bedroom with the bunk bed fan is very loud once turned on. The master bath also had mold growing between the trim by the shower and the gray cloth shower curtain head mold growing all along the bottom of it. For the price of the place I would rent it again.

It was clean and very close to the park. Nice facility and pool area. Bedroom fans were missing blades so you couldn’t turn them off.Roof was leaking on the floor mat right inside front door.Carpet felt like it needed a cleaning very bad. But still for the price and convenience I would still rent again.

This place is amazing. Its close to all the parks and entertainment in the orlando area, yet not the prices of staying on disney property. We love having space to spread out and the 3 bedrooms provided just enough. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive to our questions. The development pool and splash pad kept the kids busy for hours. They have kids activities in the game room too. The game room is a bit expensive, but we went to fun spot for arcade games anyway. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The problems we experienced were Fan blade in bedroom fell off while in use Water damage in ceilingNo extra toilet paper to trash bags for kitchenBunk bed was super loose. Dangerous. Didn’t use. Bathrooms had mold and water damage in areasBlankets were stained and smelled. Lacked cleanliness. I was disappointed with this stay

Nice stay

Decor was super cute Star Wars theme. But some of the items like hair dyers were old and could be updated. Not too far from clubhouse and pool. And priced very well. Would recommend.

Good Property, but there we some issues

Just a few things to note regarding the rental: sugar ants in the kitchen (used vinegar and alcohol to keep them away), ceiling fan broken in the master (maintenance is aware), had to call maintenance for leak in ceiling from unit above ( maintenance came and stopped the leak), thermostat may need a battery or something ( backlight is on/ off intermittently), light in fan not working 2nd single bedroom (tried to turn on), and the comforter in the master bedroom had a twangy smell due to a lot of bleach/inadequate rinsing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to know more about your discount pricing for return visits. Thanks.

Great location, great apartment

We stayed in this condo for 13 nights in June 2025. Having stayed at a number of resorts in the Kissimmee area, Windsor Hills is about as good as it gets in terms of proximity to Disney and other amenities along the 192, including Walmart which is just down the road. The drive to all four Disney parks was no more than 15 minutes.The resort is gated, the grounds are well kept and it felt safe. The pool area is a decent size, clean and just a short walk from the condo. There is a separate area with a splash pad and slides for the kiddos and there is a small shop/cafe next to the pool which was handy. The pool was popular with families and did get busy at times. Maybe not ideal for those looking for a quiet sanctuary away from the parks, but this was not an issue for us.The condo is located on the ground floor with parking directly outside. The interior was just as advertised. It was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and there was more than enough storage space. The AC worked well and was welcome.Comms with the owner were excellent throughout. If you are looking for a condo in the Kissimmee area, close to Disney and with amenities close by, we would not hesitate to recommend this condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Skywalker retreat

This was a nice place to stay to get away from the Disney bubble and relax. It could use a little TLC and some things updated. We stayed for 2 weeks and after the 1st week the washing machine decided not to work, I let the owners know, but it was never fixed. Also, there were a few times people came into the condo without our knowledge.

All the comforts of home

3 bedroom, 2 bath. Nice living room area and kitchen table. Loved the screened in porch for early morning and evening relaxation. Traffic in the area has gotten RIDICULOUS however condo conveniently located near Disney properties and essentially across the street from a Super Walmart. Pool area very busy but extremely clean.

Beautifully Decorated but other issues

The condo is beautifully decorated with Star Wars theme.The condo was clean when we arrived. Resort has a wonderful pool and water slides, game room, etc. Great location.However, there was quite a bit of black discoloration/mold at the bottom of the shower and outside the shower,stained bath and shower floors,large area of black stains on kitchen counter ressembling mold that could not be scrubbed off, nonworking lights on stove to distinguish oven temp.I tried to use the oven two times and had to try to find the temp I wanted by going higher and lower to guess what number I was on.Contacted owner afterwards and was informed it would be looked into.Owner had stayed in condo a couple of weeks ago but didn't seem to notice any of this.I am probably over picky about cleanliness but would not recommend this property.Bathrooms need updated and range needs repaired.

Winter Getaway

We had a fabulous time. The condo was a perfect homebase for daytrips to the Gulf beaches and to Bok Tower Gardens. Windsor Hills ameneties are top notch. We loved starting our days lounging poolside.

Exactly what we were looking for.

It was the perfect little condo in the perfect location. The place was perfectly laid out and decorated. Comfortable beds and linens. Check in was seamless because we had been given excellent information. A broken coffee maker and lack of pool towels were the only two small things that slightly detracted from our stay. Would visit again.

As always, Windsor Hills is a wonderful community to stay in! Location to WDW is great. Loved being on the first floor - no steps after long day in the park. Communication from owners was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

Enjoyed our stay! Place was clean and nicely decorated/equipped. Pool with slides was wonderful addition. Once we figured out the gate entry, all was very smooth. Would definitely recommend - and stay again if return.

Nice location, great pool, but not clean.

The condo had great space but some furniture was just too big. The floors were dirty, baseboards were beyond dirty, there was stuff slopped on the doors, and we had to kill bugs everyday in the kitchen. I reached out about a potential early check in and still haven’t heard back….this was 5 days ago.

Great All-Around Property!

This Star Wars themed retreat was perfect for all ages! It was located in an exceptionally convenient location for dual-park vacationers. The property was only 10-15 mins from Disney (dependent on park and traffic), 20-25 to Universal (also based on traffic), and 5 minutes to your grocery and basic necessities like Walmart, CVS, liquor store, etc. The beds were comfortable.There was even an unexpected trundle in the kids bedroom under the lower bed. I’m not sure where the comments about not having enough towels was from… there was more than enough if you simply opened the closets, as well as plenty of blankets and extra pillows. All the major cooking utensils and kitchenware were there and accessible. Communication and check in information was impeccable. Clear, comprehensive, and informative. We did not get the chance to sample the property’s features due to the 4 day whirlwind of parks, but from what I could see, we’re as described. Be aware that the light switches are super low. I would expect this is a feature for handicapped individuals. There is no separate pantry, just the space you make in the cupboards or countertop. 10/10 property and location. Would definitely stay again!
