Coming in and out of the gate was annoying because sometimes you would have to sit there for several minutes before they would open the gate. I was told that there was plate recognition, and after speaking to the guard house, there is no such system at that location.

This home is beautiful, however we felt mislead with the proximity of things to do around the area. We were new to the Orlando/Kissimmee area and were relying on the listing quite heavily for proximity to different activities. The timeframe estimates provided are highly inaccurate and we found we were at best 30 min to an hour to most attractions. Knowing what we know now, we would not have stayed here. It would be nice if we were provided more than 1 of necessary items (trash bag, dishwasher soap, etc) as most rental properties simply have these stocked or leftover from prior guests. We had to buy dish towels. We paid for pool heating but didn’t ultimately feel it was worth it when it came to the hot tub especially. The upstairs room my husband and I stayed in has the main bedroom light turn on at random times at night… 1AM and 3AM. We had to take the battery out of the switch to keep it from turning on nightly while sleeping and use the bedside lamps instead for lighting. Host was kind and responsive. The resort was very beautiful and plenty to do for kids if you want to stay close and not venture out as much.

House is comfortable, but starting to show age/wear. Tons of space which was nice for our large group. Good location. You need to bring your own basics: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. They only provide one roll per bathroom, one bag per can, etc and that goes quick with a house full.

For all the reasons in the back-and-forth, our stay was less than perfect. You’re home shows as a model home in its pictures and on its face it seems beautiful however there were issues that should’ve been addressed prior to us checking in. The cookware was holy inadequate it wasn’t until four days after we checked in that we got decent pots and pans to cook with. This was a seven bedroom house get the bedroom that I chose for myself only had a sheet. I didn’t question it at the time as it was Florida however it very quickly got cold and we had no blankets in our room. It wasn’t until I went into my son‘s room and saw that not only did he have blankets but he had a comforter also four days later I got a comforter for my bed but it was too late. I was already sick. There was a distinct pee stain in the mermaid room. One of the twin beds didn’t even have a sheet. The sliding doors kept falling off their hinges. There weren’t adequate towels for the number of guests that were staying at our place. I had to go buy towels. I brought a frying pan and a Pyrex dish so that I could cook with I brought a blender so that I could make baby food for my grandchild. It’s the simple things that you need in an everyday home that you did not have I told you I was travelling with my family, my grandchildren, two of which were babies. The Internet didn’t work half the time we weren’t able to watch television or stream from our own apps. We paid far too much for this place.

Very clean, spacious and great lighting and things to keep you busy if in the home. Great kitchen but limited items to use (but enough to get by).The parking is very limited and there is no garage it is a wonderful game room. The driveway holds at best 2 cars. Other neighbors seem to have the same issue as we had cars parking behind the driveway keeping us from getting out during all hours.The pool and hottub are small but if you pay to have it heated I'm sure you would be happy.We would stay there for sure again. We don't fill the amount of people but we loved sprawling out all over with plenty of room.If you don't mind traffic to Disney you would love it as well!Would definately recommend Oh one more thing...getting into the neighborhood is very confusion to get through the gate. Talk to the owner about how to do this first but we did not get accurate information at all we had to figure it out.

Nice property

Good property as describe in pictures.Though it can use some/more new towels and carpet, specially at stairs. Management company was easy/quick to work with. House is in gated community so make sure you get code to get in.

Spacious living area inside with a nice layout. Buildings/ pools are too close together with no privacy. We unfortunately experienced terribly inconsiderate neighbors the first few nights partying loudly and topless (day and night) past 3 am. The property told us to call the police but we decided to try and handle it ourselves and letting them know we had small children and a baby with us. Some people just don’t care about others. I suggest an area for families and a separate area for “spring breakers “ once they left, the family enjoyed their stay much better.

Just as described!

We just stayed this past week at this property with 3 kids, and 4 adults total. The house was spacious, very clean, and the pool was great. The only minor negative is that it’s a single driveway and you can not park on the street so it’s limited especially when you have multiple cars. Otherwise the property and neighborhood was great.

Happiest place on earth

We loved everything about our stay! The house was wonderful! Very clean! Communication was easy! We had groceries delivered! We would absolutely stay again and again! Only minor issue was with parking. We read the listing as “ can park 4 vehicles - 2 in garage and 2 in driveway” but there is only room to park two. Thankfully, we heard security outside before they towed our car! They were extremely nice and showed us where to park in overflow! Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect!!!

Great spot for a family meet up.

This trip was planned with a month to spare, and this location provided the best spot to stay for a trip to Disney for a few days. The house was large enough to accommodate a large family, and has enough bedrooms for everyone to get some privacy when they need it. It's located close to the parks, and it's easy to navigate around town. One item of contention is the house is so big and can house 15 people, but only 1 trash bag was provided. A few more trash bags would go a long way!

Great for Large Families

We stayed for a long weekend getaway for a local dance competition at Disney. The home had plenty space for us parents and teens to sleep as well as lots of things to do both at the home and near by. We found the home to be clean, well decorated, and have everything we wanted to be able to enjoy our time away from home for a couple days. Having the pool and the game room was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very spacious

This was a great house. The cleaning could have been a little bit sharper but it was okay. We did have trouble with the refrigerator not cooling for the first two days but it finally adjusted. Please read your contract ( the pool is not included and mist be prepaid prior to arrival ). Overall , this was a great house and the neighborhood was very nice.
