Lovely spacious villa

A very lovely villa in a great location. Plenty of space for the nine of us. Close to Disney and Universal. Walmart within walking distance. Management were very helpful and quick to respond when required. A bar code is needed to enter the gated community, so ensure you have this sent to you before arrival. Would highly recommend this property.

Great house !

The pictures don’t do the house justice. Way bigger than looks in the pictures. Great swimming area and pool , loved that chick fil an and Walmart were walking distance amongst other places as well . Definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The property was good. They had plenty of towels, dishes and things we needed. The overall cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The cleaning crew definitely didn’t do a thorough job of the bathrooms and showers. The house was nice. I’d definitely rent from them again.

Property fine once you get access.

Villa clean, well equipped, and in a great location, however major problems with management company. Between booking and arriving the management company changed from Ellis Exclusive Villas to White Rose Villas (although it is now listed on both websites, same company?). We were given a letter to print and present to security on arrival. After flying 9 hours from the UK and arriving early evening, security refused entry stating that a letter was not enough and we should have been given a QR code for them to scan to allow access to the site and villa. Several very long calls had to be made to international numbers. On attempting to call the villa management company emergency number it played some music then cut off. The enquiries number gave two options, one "At the Villa" played some music then cut off. Finally had to selec the "Make a Booking" option which was picked up. After 35 minutes and several failed attempts of the villa manager trying to text a QR to me which did not work, eventually we managed to get one sent through WhatsApp which did work, and we were granted access. However! In their infinite wisdom the Villas Manager granted us a QR access code valid for only one week of our two week stay (which we were not aware of). So the same situation occured again after the first week, with multiple calls to numbers which don't work, and a wait for a WhatsApp with a new code. Needless to say it was very lucky we had guests with phones which worked abroad, + WhatsApp.

My one week stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything about this rental was perfect. First and foremost, the location of this rental property is simply perfect. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers both tranquility and convenience. Within a short distance, I found myself surrounded by a variety of local attractions, including shops, restaurants, and parks. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the necessary utensils, allowing me to prepare my own meals with ease. The bedrooms were spacious, offering cozy beds with soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. also, great customer service provided by the property management team. They were responsive. I recommend this rental property to anyone seeking vacation or temporary residence. I am grateful for the memories I made during my stay.

A few issues

The 6th bedroom door was locked so thought it was just 5bedrooms until 2nd day of trip but when I called to complain they came and opened door quickly but couldn’t fix lock so I couldn’t lock the door…also one of the bedrooms had a blood stain on the sheets but my family member didn’t realize until after they had already slept in the bed

Great property in a lovely setting

The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and true to the description and photos. We loved the heated pool and spa, and the large screened deck looking out over the lake, and enjoyed BBQs under the shaded lanai. The beds were comfortable, the air con worked well, and the ceiling fans were appreciated on the hottest days. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher etc. The management company responded quickly to a minor problem and sorted it the same day - very impressed. The location was excellent: it was great to be able to walk to Walmart, or stroll around the lake and along the footpaths, seeing birds and other wildlife. Disney was about 20 minutes drive, and plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away. The negatives were very minor: the twin beds in the sports themed room were small for an adult and the drawers underneath had seen better days, and a couple of the rooms were short on drawer space. There was construction work nearby - they were clearly trying to be considerate but there was some noise during the day - nothing to spoil our stay. The property was ideal for us as a group of friends and family - en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to socialise or for people to do their own thing. We could walk to the store when others were out, no need for a car, and the club house was nearby with communal pool, gym etc. I'd recommend this property without hesitation.

A Perfect Palace

Lakeside Landing was the perfect accommodation for our three families to enjoy our children’s first trip to the Orlando area. The neighbourhood is in a great location, no drive was more than 20 minutes to the attractions we visited. The house was a great place to come home to and relax after busy days. The house is much bigger than it seems in the photos. There is loads of room to socialize together or separately and the kids loved the game room. Every adult bedroom having an en-suite was an awesome plus point. The house was clean when we arrived and is very well appointed. There are plenty of dishes and glassware in the kitchen for large groups like ours. The management team are great to work with and took care of any questions or requests we had. I would not hesitate to book again when travelling with a large group. Thank you.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful with some minor wear of being lived in. Our only main issue was that the extras that we paid for were not worth the money. The grill had a burner not working but one side. Also, the hot tub, we paid for, was not hot the first night and day. We felt it should be ready and hot, not hot within 24-48 hours. We also had to keep filling the hot tub up with water. Another minor issue we handled, the refrigerator was very warm upon arrival. Once we turned it down it was cold by the morning. The kids and adults loved the game room with air hockey and a pool table. The house made for a nice relaxing stay away from busy hotels after a few days at Universal. The property manager did respond promptly to check on our email about issues, but we were not there to talk.
