House Rules

* No smoking inside the house; a $250 fine is applicable for
violations. Smoking is permitted in the external areas such as the
balcony and pool area.
* No pets allowed.
* Parties are not permitted at the property.
* Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is
available for a minimum of two consecutive days.
* Pool heater operates via heat exchange and may not function
effectively in cold weather. No refunds will be issued if the
desired temperature is not reached during such conditions.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and lacks jets. It can only be
heated if the pool is also heated, maintaining the same temperature
for both.
* Guests are responsible for their personal laundry, with clean
sheets and towels provided for the duration of the stay. Additional
mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee.
* Dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster to maintain
cleanliness.
* Certain online delivery services may not recognize vacation home
addresses; use alternate carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Delivery
to the clubhouse may incur additional fees.
* The property is self-catering; guests should purchase personal
toiletries and meals from nearby supermarkets. Complimentary
initial supplies are provided.
* Additional charges may apply if repairs are needed or extra
cleaning beyond standard is required due to non-compliance with
house rules.
* For health and hygiene reasons, wash towels are considered personal
and disposable. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.
