While the property itself was perfectly adequate, we were disappointed by the low quality of the furnishings and utensils, the absence of dishtowels and potholders, and the broken coffee pot and freezer/icemaker. While the deficiencies were remedied, it was not until the day before we left the property that all was in place. We did receive partial compensation for our troubles, which helped boost this rating. We expect the property will be in better condition for the next occupants.

We had a great stay overall. I wish we had more information regarding the resort amenities. It was difficult to get in contact with the clubhouse so we only stayed at our house. Pool was a bit tricky to use at times but overall, we all loved the space!

Overall, we really loved this house – it was a terrific spot for our party of 15… Absolutely huge! The best part was all of the bedrooms - all so cool annd creatively themed. There was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing and have nice quiet restful sleep. Comfy beds and plenty of toilet paper and towels etc. A couple of opportunities worth mentioning with the house overall. The refrigerator was turned off until we checked in – therefore it took a good deal of time for the temperature to go down to properly chill our food, approximately 24 hours – a service technician was sent out promptly to look at it but we were afraid all of our food would go bad. Also, the grill requires a 105 fee, which is stated in the property description but that was a lot in our opinion. Accessing the property via the gate was really confusing too, we drove around in the uber, not sure how to actually get into the gate. Usually we just ended up getting lucky actually getting into the neighborhood with Ubers - a code would have been super helpful. The house was decorated nicely …. But the couch and chairs lacked comfort, not a big deal overall, it was still all very enjoyable!

Family was in awe

My husband and I took all our kids and grandkids for a Disney vacation for the week. They all had so much fun and thought we were in a mansion! Plenty of room for a group of 15 of us to even have some personal time! Game room, pool and theater helped keep the kids occupied! They loved going to the resort part and having fun as well! Thank you for a memorable trip with the family!

Property was nice and spacious.Could have had a deep cleaning and some maintenance.Paid extra for pool and spa to be heated. Had to keep calling each day because heater wasn’t working property and not heating. Finally worked the last night of trip.Had some issues waiting for security to open gate to get into property.

Disney Family Vacation

Wonderful stay. the pool/hot tub was awesome. Property was great. Everything worked well no issues. Highly recommend this property. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room. Close to the Disney parks but with traffic it takes about 30 minutes.

2025 Disney Vacation

16 of us stayed here and had a great time. The beds were super comfortable and in general, the house was clean. Room for improvement on cleanliness in the living room area. The teens had a fantastic time in the game room and it was nice that they could go out there and we didn’t have to hear them. There were a few broken things in the rental, and the carpet really needs to be replaced, but all pretty normal for a rental home.

Disney get away

The house was very true to its pictures and was actually bigger than we expected. We had plenty of room and the house was only about 20-25 minutes from the disney parks, which is what we wanted! Hoping to return next year!

Home away from Home

The house was perfect for the 6 families that shared it! We were there for a cheerleading competition and WDW, but found time to hang out together for dinner and breakfast at the house. The location was close enough to WDW parks, yet far enough away that we didn’t get caught in all of the resort noise. Our group is already discussing trying to grab this house next year!
