Family hang out

We had an amazing time. We wanted to just be a family and swim and play games together. This house was everything we needed.

Our stay

Family enjoyed the home. The pool had some issues the last few days and after contacting through phone and email to tell them they did not fix the pool.

Wonderful stay

My family was here for an auction and we had a great time. Pretty close to Disney, legoland, etc. - with traffic it took us about 45 min to get to magic kingdom one day. We had a toddler with us so we used the backyard pool, clubhouse pool, and park daily for a week. The house is huge and nicely decorated. Would recommend.

Lovely spacious comfortable villa on a nice resort. Bedrooms are all a good size. Children loved the themed bedrooms and the games room! Nice community with security driving around all the time and main clubhouse was fun although they wouldn’t let my tall 4 year old on the tiny slide which seemed crazy after he rode space mountain a few hours before! We had a great stay but would just like to note we had a few niggles. Upon arrival there was a broken blind on the floor, an external door handle was broken, a few broken kitchen bits and fridge shelves, the pool lights were not working and the bbq we had paid to hire was not working which was frustrating for our first bbq that we had planned didn’t happen. We reported all of this straight away on the number provided. I was told not to worry. The door handle was fixed but we were still unhappy about the pool lights not working at night as my children didn’t want to get in the dark pool and we had all been excited for late night swims. I called 3/4 more times asking for it to be fixed/looked at but as far as I’m aware no one did and no one ever called me back to let me know what the situation was, which would have been appreciated. Also would like to note the appliances were all quite old in the kitchen and the instructions for the oven saying ‘self explanatory’ was not helpful. All in all though we had a great two weeks in the house and thank you for our stay but just wanted to mention these few niggles. Many thanks

Big House

My family of 12 enjoyed our stay at the property minus a few issues. House is beautiful and big enough to accommodate my family. House was clean and no issues checking in. Location is a little further than I expected took us about 45 mins to get to theme parks because of traffic. I do like that they have a resort area with water slide and lazy river however you have to get there early when they open because it gets crowded fast and then you have to wait for others to leave. Issue with refrigerator cooling and maintenance came out next day and fixed that. Issue with pool and spa never was resolved. Paid for heat for pool and spa. Pool reached a luke warm level in daytime but spa never warmed up. Disappointed because we could not use the spa because it was cold even in 80 degree weather outside. Reported it and manager said he was sending pool man and he never showed up. Did not receive refund for pool heat. Game room is nice however it is in a garage with no AC suggest owner add a fan or individual AC unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay hopefully management will get the pool issue fixed for the next guest!

Beautiful Home

The house was very clean and equipped with more towels, pans and other items than any other house I’ve rented from. The game room and Xbox was a huge hit with the teenagers and the heated pool was a huge hit with the little ones. It was so great to accommodate both age groups while still being able to relax. The community pool and lazy River were smaller than we expected but not really needed with the amenities at the house. I highly recommend this property.

Do not stay here!

My family and I stayed at this property for the week before school started, even though the pictures looked amazing. Don’t be fooled, there was barley no cooking utensils/ pots. You think a big house like this one would be well prepared. Well nope! We had to go to the store a buy a ton of stuff to be able to cook a decent meal. The game room in the garage was a oven, definitely needs a fan in there. You can’t be there more then 5 mins of how hot it was. The worst part of our stay were the home owners , we were suppose to check in Aug 4th at 4pm, we didn’t get the property address until 5pm that day! By the time we drove there we lost more than 3 hours of our vacation! Very unprofessional. Not only that but they wanted pictures of our faces for “insurance” purposes. I’ve stayed in more then 50 vacation rentals and never had to do that. Also grill wasn’t included, which we didn’t know until after we paid for the stay. They wanted an additional $100 to be able to use the grill , the grill was so small a rack of ribs couldn’t fit. Plus pool heater was an extra $100 to use to. Overall experience I would give it a zero !

Amazing rental

This is the best rental I’ve stayed at in the Orlando area. It’s almost an hour from Disney but worth the drive. The house is exceptionally clean and the environment is not as noisy as other places we’ve rented. The check in process was smooth. The essentials were provided in the home. I wish the pool was a little bigger but the resort area makes up for it. I look forward to coming back and renting this same property. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Needs essentials

Great house, very clean. Pool and hot tub were clean. Only negative abt the house, lacks essential items. In all of my house renting for vacations, I’ve never not had frying pans to use. We felt like there was a lack of kitchen items. No measuring cups, kitchen towels and no pot holders. I went out and bought a few. Also, towels and washcloths for the bathrooms were lacking. They had lots of bathrooms but only one washcloth per bathroom. We had 11 people in the house and only 5 washcloths. I went and bought some. I did call the management company to ask for more as soon as we checked in but only got a few extra towels 2 days later. Poor guy was sent out on Thanksgiving to get them. Overall, all 11 of us loved the house and would definitely come back.
