Great Pet Friendly Space
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious clean townhome. The property manager Kenia was very communicative and attentive to our needs during our stay contacting us multiple time to ensure we received entry instructions and that our stay was as expected.
The house is south facing so if you stay during the cooler months you will want pool heat and will spend more time in the front of the property for sun. Behind the pool area is a very large open space which is lovely to look out on as opposed to other properties.
There were plenty of open areas for the dog on the street.
Garbage is picked up right from your door daily which is great.
The kitchen could use a few more utensils to prepare meals.
Beds were comfortable and the living space and kitchen area tastefully decorated.
Sol Terra itself is a resort more appropriate for small children than teens. The amenities and size of the clubhouse are were not quite adequate for the number of residences in this neighbourhood at peak times.
We had a wonderful stay overall.
