Won’t be booking again
Initially the property was beautiful, upon walking in we noticed the outside trash was never dumped from previous visitors. The smell was atrocious and the amount of flies swarming it was highly concerning as if it hadn’t been dumped in days. Mind you the rental was supposedly cleaned before our arrival.. next we went to check out the pool….. it was green. I mean seaweed green like no one had stayed there at all this summer. Now granted we considered we went at the beginning of June maybe no one has been here yet but how does that explain the trash… so at this point I was already highly irritated and we had only been there less than an hour. I called the management company to let them know what’s happening and they stated they had already been there to shock the pool and the chemicals would take time to settle.. ok that great and all but you don’t think someone should’ve contacted me ahead of time to let me know what we may or may not be walking in to? It was just one thing after the other. Once our pool guy arrived he legit told us that the management company was a joke and all of their properties have issues like this. He stated that anytime they get a call to one of their properties that’s it’s always something outrageous and that they do not care about their customers etc. All of this to say we come to Florida every summer… EVERY SUMMER and we’ve stayed in multiple properties across Kissimmee and have never ever had an experience like this. We would never rent again.
