Family vacation

Our stay at the condo was excellent. We used the fully furnished kitchen, swam in the pool, and enjoyed being close to our various destinations.

Lovely Disney off-site property

This property was very enjoyable and close to all Disney attractions. The pool was very relaxing. The unit was clean and property manger was available if needed. We would stay here again!

Florida vacation

Very clean and well stocked condo. Stayed with our twin toddlers and really had a blast with the resort amenities, and proximity to Disney/Legoland

Excellent…already booked for next week

Great location and accommodations. Condo was wonderful and ground very well kept. The pool can’t be beat. Minimal issues but Louie made sure everything was quickly taken care off. We’re coming back next year.

Great location, updated and clean

Will definitely be seeking this place out again for future visits. Condo was spotless. Gated community, pool was great. Owner very nice and had great communication.

Great place

The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was easy to get to any attractions. There were lots of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Management was excellent!!!

Spacious and clean!

We are so happy we book the condo for our stay in Florida! It was just outside the hustle and bustle of Orlando in a clean neighborhood with shopping and dining within 5 to 10 minutes. We will absolutely book there again! Working with the host was great as well. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We give it a 10/10!

Home away from home!

This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!

Perfect - As Advertised!

We rented this property for a long weekend for a baby shower and had a nice experience. The unit was very nice, spotlessly clean, and exactly as advertised. Having our own bedrooms and bathrooms really elevated the comfort level of our stay. The host was great—reached out before the trip to answer any last-minute questions, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect! It was my first time staying in Davenport, but it will definitely be my go-to spot in Florida going forward. We were close to everything, and using rideshare was incredibly easy. We were pretty busy during the weekend and didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but if we’d had one more day, we definitely would have. Highly recommend this property!
