Worst property I have ever rented. Aweful exp
ok here's some additional details and list of issues in no set order:
AC was not fully working when arrived on Sunday. Note on wall asking not to set AC above 74 or unit will freeze.
Had to call in and get the repair man out Monday pm to fix. Was very warm .
Issues not fixed even after two visits from repair man. Was told he was waiting on owner approval.
. Light switch on first floor bathroom still working. Video attached in earlier emails
. Stove top cuts in a out and doesn't cook evenly. Oven take 15 - 30 mins to warm up to 350 degrees. Way to long for an electric oven and cooks unevenly. Had to eat out more than expected, food we bought to cook is going to be tossed out.
Hot tub never worked. Was told we had to purchase a $30 a day extra fee for that but never was disclosed. Paid it anyway, still not working. Need refund for that $115 as well.
Website does say $30 a day for pool heater but hot tub is separate and should work as a HOT tub. This item is needed for my mobility issues and with all the extra walking with amusement parks the hot tub is required for my ability to keep moving. Plus we paid for it, it should work regardless.
Pool is dirty, cloudy and needs cleaning, shock and filtering. Should be part of the cleaning and weekly upkeep on the house by owner, not done. Will not allow children to swim in that disgusting mess.
Grill is rusted over and is useless. Needs to be replaced.
Master Bath tub doesn't work with hot water. Valve just turns and turns. video attached.
Microwave cooks unevenly and is unreliable. Works sometimes and then not. Also overhead light is out and needs a new bulb.
Upstairs Queen bedroom TV doesn't work. Tech looked at it and said it was broken. Needs owner approval to fix.
Garage door won't open and doesn't allow for cooling off the room in the evening. Not insulated so too hot to use the pool table and Foosball unit.
Major problem with car being towed in driveway with the bumper crossing 3 inches into the sidewalk. No notices or warnings until after several cars were towed. Notices were put out after the fact, no postings, warnings or anything until afterwards. Had to pay $225 in CASH, no cards allowed to get the car back. Pure Scam! Was told we would get a receipt emailed but nothing yet
Entire place was dirty, not cleaned , very sloppy job. Found dirt everywhere, found makeup and blood stains on two beds sheets so we washed all the beds before we could go to sleep. Fun after a 11 hour drive
