Esta villa contemporánea de 5 dormitorios, con espacio para dormir con capacidad para 10 personas, ofrece entretenimiento tanto en el interior como en el exterior para toda la familia. La cubierta del patio tiene una piscina privada y un spa desbordante con una barbacoa para los días calurosos de verano, pero una ventaja, perfecta para los más pequeños, es un increíble juego de juegos de madera para exteriores con dos toboganes y columpios. Wonderful stay for Disney vacation

4 year old granddaughter loved the pool and playset. Home had a highchair and other baby items which was nice for the 1 year old - wish we had known in advance, so we could have left ours at home. Location was great for driving to Disney. Recommend eating at Finn's, the onsite restaurant.

Great Stay

We loved our stay. A few minor hiccups which we didn't complain about - the air hockey table was not working (seems like that was also reviewed in Oct 22) and a few minor cosmetic items - but great stay for the family. Tips for your stay - Pay for the pool/spa heat for the trip, press the pool alarm button BEFORE you exit or enter the house, Finn's is a great restaurant/bar that is super close! Thanks!

Fantastic home

Great home for kids! Movie theater and themed rooms really took the house to another level. Close to Disney and withstood Hurricane Ian while we were there without even losing power. Only minor setback was a few broken or quite worn items in the house (understandable for a rental) but nothing that affected our stay. :)

Not luxury

Property was less than desirable. I contacted the property company as well as VBRO. VBRO told me to leave a review and property management company said they would pass along my complaint to customer service. Carpet was terribly stained, wires hanging for gaming systems, drapes stained and dirty (didn't even want to touch them but had to to access door button). Cabinets had gouges.....I could go on. When you spend thousands of dollars on a rental, you expect it to at least be as nice as your own home. I will never use VBRO again.

Family vacation review

The house was very cleaned. We had a few issues with amenities such as the grill and the air hockey table not working. The grill issue they came out and had someone take a look within the hour. He couldn't repair it so they brought us a grill to use. The air hockey table we never complained about. Anytime I contacted Jeeves they were very helpful and got things resolved quickly, check in was very easy we received a code and even though we got in late, 1am it was so easy to check in. The thermostats said we shouldn't have below 72 without the risk of having to pay for repairs. There was no ceiling fans so it felt pretty warm in the house. The pool was absolutely amazing and hot tub especially after days spent at universal and Walt Disney world. Having two young children 1 and 3 a gate for the stairs would be helpful for other guests. As the baby kept trying to climb up the stairs and the toddler got up in the middle of the night and went downstairs. Luckily we had a monitor and heard her get up. I would stay here again.

Amazing home in an amazing neighborhood

Everyone in our group loved this place and all the amenities that is had, we ate at Finn's numerous times along with the pool restaurant/bar. We spent a few days at the waterpark and the kids never go bored of it. We would definitely go back.

Great Stay!

The playground and pool are amazing! There is a half bath outside so you don’t have to go into the house when wet. There is a huge walk in closet off the master that we used as a nursery (rent a pack and play through Jeeves separately). Kitchen is fantastic! The dining room and living room tables are glass which made me nervous with small children but all held up just fine! The bedrooms are a little smaller than pictures make them out to be besides the Master. The movie room is open (no door) like the layout implies but it worked out great. Short walk (4min) to the water park. The house has a stroller, high chair and baby walker in the garage. The game room (garage) was fun! Only negatives that didn’t impact our stay: There was tiles left out in the grange and some patchy paint work, a broken pool skimmer, peeling wallpaper in the Elsa room and the spa kept losing water when the spa jets were turned on. Tips: Pay for the pool heat (it’s extra) Instacart groceries Push the pool alarm button BEFORE you open the door. Have a blast!

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful Time in this house. The pool was heated so we were able to get in although some days were chilly. The cinema is GREAT our kids loved it. And the closeness to Disney Parks as well as the water park in Encore Resort is marvellous. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here next time

Very nice stay

Our family really enjoyed the property, everything was as described and check in was very easy. Super close to the parks, and the water park was fun. The only minor complaints would be a leak in the roof that looked like it was mid repair. As well as the curtain rod for the sliding door fell down on us and we had to try to tape it back up so it wouldn’t fall again.

Great backyard, furniture needs replacement

The backyard and neighborhood is great. The space is good in the house however the bedroom downstairs should have a queen bed since the room is so tight. The star wars room should have the king bed since there is more room and has a bathroom. The ceiling in the kitchen looked like it was mid repair and the curtain rod to go outside was held together with tape. The furniture in the house is very uncomfortable. The couch separates as you’re sitting on it. The dining chairs have no support, we had to sit on pillows.

Great property, great location.

We had great time staying at this property. We all enjoyed the movie room, game room, and pool. Location was about 15 minutes from all disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at Encore with Jeeves. This house was nice and the playground was a plus - but cleanliness of house could have been better. There was a leak prior to us coming, and the repair work was not 100% done, but it was a great stay, movie room was also a plus - wish the surround sound would work. Good vacation - and will be back.

Disappointed travelers with six kids!

Travelers beware. We booked this property in March and paid in full to stay in Orlando with 4 adults and 6 kids all under the age of 8. I looked at over 50 homes and booked here specifically for the themed bedrooms and playground and game room. The kids have been excited for months. The morning of our stay we left our accommodations at the beach to drive several hours to this home for the Disney theme experience. About 3 hours prior to our arrival (1pm) while we were In a packed car with all the kids we received a call from the management company saying the previous tenants caused a major leak and there was a hole in the ceiling over the dining room table and we could stay here only if that would be ok with us. They offered us the only other property they had available which was a total downgrade- no game room, no theme rooms, no playground - everything we paid a premium for! The new house had more bedrooms which we did NOT need - we paid for a 5 bedrooms house at the same cost for the upgraded amenities. The management company offered no financial compensation at all. They offered to cancel and give us a refund but at this point we were left with no time and no options. If we had been notified sooner we would have definitely had ample time to rebook something. They claimed this leak was not known but if you look at the previous review you will see the travelers before us stated it was a known problem. This management company and/or owner should be held responsible. We were disappointed, downgraded and left with no notice and no financial compensation. I tried to get Vrbo on the phone to help rebook us but I was disconnected and put on hold over a duration of 2 hours. This entire experience has made us never want to stay at a property like this again. Hotels never do this without a financial compensation. I would not recommend any property managed by this company and/or owner.

Overall just ok!!

Overall this property was just ok!! Check in process was very easy and communication with the property manager was very easy however after checking in pool was extremely dirty which was taken care the next morning!! Master bath shower has a leak which caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling!! This was a problem before we checked in!! Property is only a couple of years old but looks older!!

Summer 2021

We loved this property, especially the pool and outdoor play area. The community pool and Waterpark were excellent and the kids had a blast. Will definitely be back again.

Had an amazing time

The property was beautiful. I was a little disappointed that there were no door rugs at the entrance way or sliding doors. It poured when we were checking in and I felt like it was slippery and the water got all over the floor. Our family had an amazing time, loved the pool and very close to the Disney parks

Close to Disneyworld

Home was close to Disneyworld, which was a plus. Pool was a hit with the kids. Home was a bit on the rough side. Could use some maintenance.

Beautiful - feels like a new home rental

Felt like we were the first people to stay here. Place was well equipped. Movie room was top favorite place Pool was wonderful, heat was inconsistent, ended up with 6 days out of 12 that the heat didn’t work, but management company was quick to respond. Still waiting for refund on pool heat fee. Would highly recommend.

We loved this home and the kids loved it even more they didn’t want to leave so much to do to kept them entertained ....response time from the company is great overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Great house for kids. Bedrooms where awesome. Pool perfect for kids and adults.

Great house! My granddaughter loved the pool. Kitchen has everything you need. Looked just like the pictures! The only thing I would say is that they need more bath towels. Loved our stay!
