This property was perfect for our families. We had 6 adults and 5 children for our Disney/Universal vacation. The playroom kept the kids busy and the extra second floor living space allowed everyone the space they needed. The 4 baths upstairs allowed us to stay on schedule. Shopping was very convenient and the drives to the parks were under 15-20 minutes. Scott was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. Parking was limited to one van, but parking on the street for our other 2 vehicles was allowed. Parking was a little harder during the weekend. We would rent this property again.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this house. We had 6 people total (my husband, son, DIL and 2 grandchildren). Our host - Scott - was so very helpful & prompt on any issues we came across. The pool area was just the right size for our 6 & 7 year olds to enjoy (even more than the parks sometimes). One of the draw backs by the pool was that the houses were so close together if you were sitting on your patio the neighbors could hear your conversation. We did not use the Club House area, but it looked like plenty of people did. The house was clean but did show some everyday wear. Speaking of the house. It was so spacious you could have multiple families and still have plenty of room to yourself. The proximity to all the attractions were only 20-30 minutes away and traffic was not bad. We had a great time!

Overall we were happy with the property. Lots of room for us. We did have an issue with the pool/hot tub. It did not function as we had hoped, It did not get up to temperature and it was one thing I specifically asked for during our stay. There was an extra cost in having it on which I was completely fine paying for but it did not work. The owner was easy to communicate with but he was unable to resolve the issue so he reimbursed my the money which was fine. This property would be great for two families or a large family. It was tidy and well kept.

What an amazing stay! It was everything we wanted from our two family adventure. The hosts was a great communicator and wanted our stay to be as awesome as it was. The house had everything we needed and access to the clubhouse pool was great!

We had an absolute blast at this location! We loved the Lazy River and the amenities. Gym is clean and well maintained. The Host was excellent and was quick to respond to all our questions. We will for sure be coming back to this house our next Universal/ Disney adventure. It did give that home away from home feeling :) .

The home looked just like the photos and was perfect for our 2025 family vacation. The space allowed for alone time and time together without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Solid wi-fi access that supported all tvs and all of our devices. Excellent location, convenient to shops and restaurants. We managed to fit 2 standard SUVs in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk, but we parked very close together. Our host was a perfect gentleman who was very responsive to any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Amazing host. Amazing house and community. We will definitely return. We had a party of 7 and there was so much room. Everyone had their own room and nearly their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and cookware was in great shape. Anything that we had concerns with were a text away and received a response so quickly.

Awesome Property

Perfect Stay

Scott was so informative and kind and a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. The house was much bigger than I expected and gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time to ourselves, as well as together. Theme Parks were a short ride. We also enjoyed the clubhouse amenities on the last day and they were fun as well. The house was modern, clean and very nicely decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

Theme Parks after Holidays

4 days at this terrific property. Only snafu was with security when we arrived, as we had trouble getting a second car pass. However, the owner solved it and conpensated us for our trouble. Kids loved the game room and the pool. The community pool area is amazing too. Plenty of room for all of us, lots of towels, delightful theme rooms. Really A.

75th Birthday Celebration

We all gathered in Kissimmee FL. to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday. Our Host Scott was absolutely wonderful from our initial conversation about possibly renting his VRBO on the site, and all the way through our stay up until our check out! He always politely reached out with needed info and assistance. As well as, always responding back to me with any and all answers to our questions!! Would return back in a moments notice!!! Thanks Again Scott, for assisting us in a wonderful place to stay on our memorable vacation!!!
