ojo ocn la limpieza de la habitación
El hotel es precioso, muy bien decorado y moderno. La cama principal es cómoda aunque no muy grande. Lo peor con diferencia es la limpieza de las habitaciones. Cuando llegas te dicen que las van a limpiar cada dos días. luego resulta que es cada cuatro y al final el último día ni te la limpian. a nosotros nos hicieron un refresh que es te hago la cama y te cambio las toallas pero no limpio ni la ducha ni el suelo ni hago la cama auxiliar. Si te quedas muchos días (como fue nuestro caso), el desayuno no es variado. Con la cantidad de hoteles que hya, yo no repetiría. Una pena la. limpieza de la habitación

Las habitaciones son muy agradables y equipadas, pero es un hotel relativamente pequeño, sin restaurantes, únicamente un area del Lobby donde montan un bufet para desayunos. Al ser las distancias tan grandes en muchas ciudades americanas, es indispensable tener un auto y con aplicaciones, es sencillo movilizarse.

I keep trying to contact Expedia with regard to applying my tax exempt form for this business trip. I never had an issue with it before, but the hotel would not except the form because I went through Expedia. There is not a place when I book a room on Expedia to put in my tax exempt number. I’m not satisfied with this trip because I was unable to do that and I’m not getting a response from anyone. please let me know if you can apply the tax exempt on my trip to Osceola from May 6 through May 9. I am a repeat traveler to this hotel and since it is work related, I am eligible to apply for the tax exempt status and want to continue staying there. . Thank you.

Great room - very comfortable beds, good layout and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. All staff were professional and helpful. Unfortunately the surrounding area is very limited - close to Intl airport, USTA National center and Medical.

This hotel was very new and clean! The staff were lovely. The free breakfast was really great. There were so many hot and cold options for our family to eat. We had a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed and it was perfect for our family with three kids and a baby. We had lots of space and enjoyed a movie. Parking was easy. The food from a restaurant next door was very good. Overall, wonderful experience. Very quick to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and very clean, rooms are very modern. Breakfast was very good but was a little limited in selection. Uv disinfectant box was broken. Bathroom toilet paper holder was a little wobbly but that's minor. Overall it is an excellent hotel to stay at.
