We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms were so much fun for our small granchildren. Host was very responsive when we were having trouble getting the spa and pool heated. I couldn't quite give it 5 stars because most of the doors did not lock and not a single outlet in the bathrooms was working.

My family loved the house. It was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable some days I didn't want to get out of it. The kids enjoyed the pool area. There were stores conveniently located nearby. Great area to take a stroll with the family. We didn't get to make it to enjoy the clubhouse amenities but they were available for access. Our host Jason was very prompt on any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely stay again if I return for another visit. Thank you, Jason!

A beautiful house for our group of 15. The host was super easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly. Lots of parking. Loved having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. My only issue was the house not having enough hot water for everyone to shower. We had to stagger our showers and even that wasn't sufficient for everyone to have a hot shower. Other than that, it was a great home for our group.

We came here for my sons 10th birthday and 15 year anniversary all the way from MN. The house is amazing, honestly gives you the best of everything. The kids loved their rooms and the adults loved their rooms as well. I will admit though the only downside and reason for me giving a 4 star is because we had issues with hot water lasting while trying to shower. Now we had a total of 14 people in our party, for some this may not seem like a big deal. For our family on the nights where we were out later and came home all at the same time wanting to shower it was a little struggle having to wait for the water to warm back up. I would still refer people to this property and my my future visits to Florida will for sure be back here with Jason property!

Jason and the property were fantastic. The space is huge -- really accommodating for a large group -- we were 17! Everything was really well organized, including Jason's instructions and quick responses ahead of and during our stay. The space was clean and a lot of fun for the six families that stayed together over four nights. Really enjoyed the open space in the kitchen/dining/living room areas and the billiards space upstairs. Towels and bath soaps and shampoos provided were super helpful.The community is safe and convenient to Kissimmee. The pool heater didn't work but that was a minor issue that didn't stop the kids from jumping in the pool. We had a fabulous time at a fabulous property.

Fantastic house! We stayed there with 9 adults and 9 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. Jason was a very responsive host. We had trouble with the pool heater and the internet connection, but he worked hard to resolve both issues. The pictures of the adorable bedrooms are accurate. We had everything we needed and it was just. Short drive to the Disney Parks.

I always get rental on same community cause the location, close to Disney (we are annual passholders), close to several stores and restaurants. Jason was such a good host, and fast responses. Property was great, actually the cleanest, and had plenty of outdoors furniture and toys for the kids.

Plenty of room for our family of 19. Never felt crowded. Grandkids loved tbe resort pools & house pool. Our house was very clean but not very well stocked. We purchased more toilet paper, paper towels , dishsoap & a dust pan. Luckily we drove there so i was able to take our extras home. Jason our rep was very friendly & responded quickly to our questions. We would stay again but i would want to be better prepared for the supplies we'd plan to use.

Loved the location. Close to stores- Oublix, Target, Walmart, Sam’s convenient to 2 water parks. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Comfortable beds/furniture! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Jason was awesome to work with. The house was clean, the beds comfortable. The dishwasher didn't work all week until the last day. There were not any safety precautions around the pool/spa. It was VERY DIFFICULT for me, elderly with mobility limitations, to get in or out. Railings would be very helpful. Also shower floors were very slippery without something to make it not slippery or a grab bar.

23 people - never felt crowded

We traveled in a large group ranging from 2-62. Everyone has space to spread out. The home is clean and stocked. I loved not having to run to a restaurant every day, as I was able to use the kitchen for daily meal prep. The pool was spacious and 15 kids swam safely as it was protected by a fence. The home is near the parks, as well as major stores, making it easy to door dash last min needs. Lastly… the check out process wasn’t a pain! I appreciate not having to “work” after a long draining week. We will def come again.

Great location, nice house

We stayed here for a family get to gether and birthday party. The house was very clean, but more worn down than the pictures show. Grand children loved the themed rooms, which are well done, and the game room. Pool was fun, and the clubhouse pool is awesome, and a short walk away. Kitchen is well equipped, but be aware you really need to bring everything edible. Salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. We placed an order w Instacart, which was very convenient. Would recommend this house, and it s VERY responsive host.

Amazing property

Our school cheer team & coaches stayed at this house for the 2nd year in a row. The house is very accommodating to a group this size. We had 29 people and everyone had plenty room. Thanks for the great hospitality!!!!
