Fantastic house and in very good condition for a rental property. Very clean with no unwanted smells or mess. We had 13 people stay and had a couple of bedrooms unused given the great accommodation available. The WVH team were extremely attentive sending updates / emails daily and checking in that we were all doing ok. I've stayed at a few of the properties within this sub-division and this is easily the best. Will certainly return to the same house when we venture to Florida next time.

Disappointed

Our group had 5 adult couples and other kids ages 11 - 19, all our family. Many issues with the house; leaking roof, unworking garbage disposal/undrainable sink, stained and ripped furniture, broken or missing parts to games, lack of enough towels for the group, unusable cooking pan, non-working ice machine, broken theatre seating, "hot tub" that wasn't hot and used the same water as the pool, so any heating of the hot tub would have heated the pool water.Communication with property manager was subpar. Didn't address some of the requests for more towels or a different cooking pan. No sense of urgency for maintenance crew to address non-working items. We received messages of scheduled times, but didn't show up. Really too bad, since this was actually a great location and the house could have been awesome.We would not recommend staying here or even booking through Wonder Vacation Homes

Family Vacation

As a family of 10 adults, 1 teen and 2 younger boys this house and location was perfect for us. If we had an questions they were answered immediately. Home was beautiful inside and out. We would definitely go back again.

so much potential but....

I will start off by saying this house is in a great location. It is also a roomy house. However, furniture is very worn. blinds were broken. Stains were everywhere on the carpets. Walls were marked. This house needs a deep cleaning. Dust everywhere. The headboards were so filthy! Very little towels. The verification process with the property manager was horrible. She was very rude! Again, this house has tons of potential but not kept up

Our stay at Champion Gates was great. Had a little problem with the AC and the dryer but it was fixed immediately. Every morning I had a greating text asking how was everythin and were we enjoying our stay

Nice Place to Stay

It was nice clean place and easy to find. Check-in and Check-out went smoothly. Everybody enjoyed the stay their rooms the pool and the game room. Would definitely stay with them again.

Property was nice but issues with Property Manager

The property was relatively clean and decorated nicely. Definitely could use touch up painting. The listing does not indicate that the BBQ grill is an additional charge. There are not enough utensils and cookware for the number of guests it houses if you plan to cook and eat at the property. Take pictures of ALL that is wrong with property. We were charged for a previously damaged cutting board and a ripped towel that was left for our use. They are very stingy with towels (one per person) and they do not provide washcloths. They ask you to clean the towels upon departure and make sure you use bleach, which is not provided to ensure towels are spotless.

Family vacation all different ages

Overall great experience. I read some of the reviews that had me worried about the check in process but i found it to be easy and seamless. My wife, 4 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old found the house to be well suited for our family needs, especialky the pool gate they had. Having thevheated pool (extra mo ey) was well worth it for those late night swims. Hot tub doesn't get very hot, mostly the same temp as the pool. But the pool was very warm, almost hot. Conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to the oasis resort which has a large pool, splash pad (which the water was FREEZING) a lazy river, arcade, gym, bar, and restaurant. My only complaint about the resort were the outrageous drink prices, because you cant bring your own food or drink in. But it was beautiful, my kids loved it. Lots of golf courses nearby we were able to play. And they have a free shuttle service that takes you anywhere at the champions gate resort. My biggest negative feedback on the house is the lack of amenities. Having a grill will cost you extra, not a large amount of pots and pans provided, kitchen utensils, extra towels, pool toys, etc. Thats my only gripe, widh there could be more available kitchen supplies, games, pool accessories. But overall great stat, my famiky of 5, my dad and girlfriend, and sisters family of a 15 year old and 13 year old loved it! Would recvommemd to anyone with large familes. We had more than enough room!

Besides the check in process, and a few items in the how that was already damaged. The stay at this property was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Overall the house and the stay was very nice.

My niece 50th Birthday Celebration

We love the quietness of the neighborhood and the responses to our questions. It’s a beautiful house, but the furniture needs cleaning and also needs updated.We were disappointed that we were not told about heating the hot tub in advance. Unfortunately , the information was included in an email sent after we arrived. The check in experience was great, no problems at all. I think if some deep cleaning, spraying for insects (there were several dead insects in the kitchen, living room and bedroom (this should have been sighted by the clean up crew) and updates are done, this would be an ideal place for a group vacation. I felt some kind of way because after checking out early, it was not acknowledged, as well as the return of our deposit and response to our inquiry about an additional charge. Thanks again for the use of your house.

Gorgeouds House but poor Management

I have lodge here before and everything was great. Based on my first experience I brought my family and friends to experience what I had experience the first time Istayed at this house. But this time around was nothing like the first stay. Even though I had read some negative reviews I know how it was my first stay. Well let me tell you the freezer didn"t work, knobs were falling off the bathroom door, all the beds are on the floor not on frames, they told us to put the trash bags out front in trash bin and they were suppose to pick it up but they never did. A maintenance man came to the house to fix the door knob not the freezer which he made it clear the door knob was his focus not the freezer where our frozen meats were thrawing do to the freezer not working. I utlized the number they gave me and instruct me to use if there were any concerns. They did reply sometimes to late or the next day. As beautiful as the house is the property manager wasn't attentative enoughfor us, so I will never stay at any properties that is manage by Wonder Vacation again. I really have empathy for the property owner because they are probably in another country and is trusting the property management company to do the right thing and they are not.

It took us 4 hours to check in . My name was not on the paperwork to get into the gate and I was the one who set up this trip . I was charged 78 for 2 dirty towels and 1 missing towel . I never got the rest of my refund they said they was suppose to refund me within 7 10 days . Terrible experience I would never put my family in an uncomfortable situation like that again . Still waiting on someone to call me back regarding my refund . Filed some paperwork with a guy over the phone for someone to contact me by email or a call . Never got a call back . They will be speaking with my lawyer sooner than later ..

Understanding

We enjoyed our staycation. I'm trying to figure out my deposit of 1300.00 wasn't returned. We cleaned the house up we respected every inch of the place. We washed our dishes, we washed the towels and sheets, had all the trash at door. What was wrong for me not to get my deposit back. This has never happened to me. I been doing this for my birthday for the past 6yrs. Please explain. Thanks for understanding my concern
