• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It is a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please be advised that the games room is currently equipped with portable air conditioning only. We appreciate your patience while we wait for the permanent split air conditioning unit to be installed.

• Please note that there is a $50 fee for a lost of blue card, which provides access to the clubhouse.



• Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $99 per pet applies and will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to add this service.
