Our car was towed the first night. We literally watched Tow trucks drive through the neighborhood throughout our 6 day stay. Check in took 30 minutes, at the security gate. Very little pots and cookware (I bought and left some to help). Carpet was filthy and the gameroom basketball goal did not work. Fridge water and ice maker was broken. Large cat and raccoons tear through trash bins (you take out trash daily). The sofas are literally two feet off the ground. We had to rent a lift chair for my mother in law to sit in.They did compensate us for a day, but the property needs work. The AC worked well.
