This 3-bedroom vacation condo's living room is spacious and even includes a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. Here you can get together with your travel companions to enjoy a movie on the 42" LED HD cable TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and Playstation 3. The kitchen is ready and well-equipped for your cooking needs. Have your meals at the separate dining area that seats 4 but there are 2 extra seats to accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the warm Florida weather out on the private balcony and relaxing views which can be accessed from the living area and master suite. There are a patio table and seats for 4 so you can easily have a meal and beverages while conversing about the day.

You're sure to have a great night's rest in the king-size bed of the master suite. Watch a movie on the private TV equipped with an internet connection, Blu-Ray DVD player, and cable, or take a calming bath in the en-suite bathroom. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website.
