We were thrilled to find a property that accommodated all 27 of our family members to celebrate Mom and Dad's 50th anniversary - and we were disappointed. The space was amazing and there was always another activity behind a new door. Everyone's jaw dropped when they walked in. When we ran into a few issues (projector bulb burned out, a damaged shelf, etc.) the management was responsive and generous to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. There won't be another 50th to celebrate for a while but we would book Villatel in a heartbeat.

I had an awesome and relaxing stay. The view was great, the amenities were excellent, the location was quiet, and there was a nice breakfast spot less than a block away. I highly recommend it.

Our stay here was simply remarkable! We had two families of six and the house gave us all the room & comfort we needed. Going to Disney World & Universal Studios was amazing but my kids' favorite part of the trip most probably would be the house.We had the best time unwinding in the pool after a tiring day. The theater room was definitely a bonus and we'd love to come back to Orlando and book this place if given the chance!

We had a fantastic time at the pool - they even had nice floaties for kids. The adults also got to relax and escape from the youngsters with their own theatre room. Plus, there was an exciting arcade where my nephews could play both pool and video games for hours!

Beautiful house but it has issues. Paid extra for heated pool, we had to call many times to say it wasn’t working. Paid extra for the grill, it was disgusting, it had cigarette butts in it and we had to clean it before we could use it. Took a long time before the hot water would come out. Some of the sinks wouldn’t drain. Not many normal kitchen items available there (not even dish towels). The tv in the living room only got one channel, and that was a different channel than what was in the bedrooms. We loved the theater room, but the directions to use it didn’t match any of the remotes. And finally, getting into the gated community is a pain, be prepared to sit in line. Overall we loved the house, just needs to have a few things fixed.

I brought my 28 cheerleaders (7th-12th) for cheerleading Nationals. There was PLENTY of space! The only complaint is the need for more towels in the bathrooms and more mixing bowls, casserole dishes, etc. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses, and culinary. I would highly recommend this house for large groups!!

My major complaint is having 12 bedroom/14bathrooms and not having any to VERY LITTLE hot water to be able to take baths, showers, or wash clothes. Also you pay all that money for the heated hot tub n its literally too cold for the kids to even get in and enjoy it. I look forward to returning but at the way my friends n family feels with the water situation we may reconsider a return visit. It should and need to be a better way to correct this problem!!

The house was nice and everyone enjoyed the pool. Some of the games were damaged so did not work. All the beds were comfortable and the house was large enough for our group of 21. The main thing we were disappointed with were the accessories such as larger pots or serving pieces as we needed to spend a great deal on those items just to serve dinner. Overall a nice place.

The team at Villatel made our entire stay magical. They were extremely responsive, polite and accommodating. The house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. We definitely book with this company again. Can't wait for my next vacation!

Great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of room. Separate bathrooms for each bedrooms was a plus. Game rooms and games were all great and got a lot of use. All games worked. Pool area worked well.

We had a amazing gathering . There was nothing we lacked . There were small issues but handled immediately. The internet is not the best but we needed to unplug and be a family. I’d recommend without reservations.

You never need to leave the property to experience it ALL! Everything from game roomS to themed kids bedrooms to a giant poolWith outdoor water games, an indoor gym, access to the resort and pool- phenomenal. The units were gorgeous. The finishing were a little on the lower quality end. Lots of broken cabinets, drawers, toilet paper holders etc when we arrived (some carpet stains). Normal in an air bnb but the finishings won’t be sturdy enough to withstand long term use.

An absolutely wonderful home and host! The house was much bigger than we realized and people can honestly get lost here lol. Because the home is in Solterra, we had access to their clubhouse and amenities. My husband loves to golf, so that's where he would go every day! The rest of us would relax at the clubhouse or at home since there was so much to do. We were a group of adults, so we focused on swimming, karaoke/margarita nights, friendly bets of basketball, and nightcaps while watching movies and making popcorn. We had an incredibly relaxing time here and would gladly book the house again!

Came here for golfing and relaxation with friends. Definitely worth it! The resort has a great clubhouse and we went almost every day. The host was very nice and helped us extend our stay by another 3 nights (we really liked it here!). Can't wait to rebook this again for the spring!

My wife had trouble convincing the kids about the holiday but as soon as we got to the villa, everything changed. The gaming room, theater, and themed bedrooms were all they talked about, they loved the place. The swimming pool was very convenient as well.

I was afraid the kids would get bored but I thank my sister for inviting us over. The Elsa theme room came as a surprise to the kids but they soon loved it. It was only a week but we had so much fun. There was construction going on in the resort but the house was super clean.
