Family Reunion

The house was everything as advertised, we had 22 family members of all ages and had plenty of room...my one suggestion would be to update some of the carpeting. I also wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to the management company, Villatel, they were outstanding to work with and provided very quick response to any maintenance or housekeeping item required. The entire team was friendly and worked to meet every expectation!

A dream come true with family for 50 years anniversary.

It was amazing stay. It was beautiful and it was big. It had everything we needed right at the house. Close to all attractions and close to shopping. Trash prick up each day was great. We were there to celebrate our 50 th anniversary with our children and grandchildren and spouses . It was a wonderful experience.

High School Cheer Nationals

This house was perfect for our Cheer Team and Coaches who attended the High School Cheer Nationals at ESPN Sports. The home was clean and the girls enjoyed the pool, karaoke room, and bowling alley rooms to decompress between their competition performances. My only critique is about the kitchen supplies. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with a good supply of plates, glassware, and utensils. However, there was a lack of cooking utensils, serving bowls and such if you are planning on cooking for a large group. We cooked breakfast one morning and there was no spatula to flip pancakes:(. Overall, we loved our stay here and would rent this property again!

Great Space

Our second time staying with Villatel. Always as advertised with nice amenities for the whole family. Each room having its own private bath is a huge bonus! Plenty of space to spread out.

Great house

The house was perfect for our group. Large rooms with many bathrooms. The themed rooms were also a hit. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor area and the community pool as well. We only had a few minor complaints but it wouldn’t keep us from renting that property again. Definitely worth the price!

We enjoyed all the house.

Everyone loved the pool games and karaoke. And anything that needed to be fixed was fine immediately. We never did get the air conditioner to not be so cold. But loved the house

The best vacation home ever!

This home was stunning! The space, decor and amenities were even better than we expected! The 14 children were so enthralled by the activities available within the house that the video games that they ALWAYS travel with were not even unpacked the entire time we were there (7 days)!! It was wonderful! Although the large private pool at the home had an array of activities that were used daily (spa, basketball, ping pong, foosball, and corn hole game), the community pool area was also delightful and offered an awesome slide (for children and adults), a lazy river and concession stands. Family members were also able to visit beaches, theme parks, deep sea fishing, golf and shopping, all within a reasonable distance from the house! And the customer service team was second to none! Everyone was extremely responsive and friendly. Needless to say, we loved our time in this beautiful home! We’re already looking forward to our next chance to visit! Thank you!

Great family vacation!

There were 28 of us that stayed in this house. We planned several days at Disney but after arriving at the house, we wish we hadn’t. We enjoyed the house so much that we wish we would have committed more time to just being there and enjoying the house. Our family loved it so much that before our week was over, we’d had already started discussions about returning. It was definitely money well spent and we will be back!!!

Super clean villa but construction in community!

We adored everything about this house! We were 8 adults and 4 children but still plenty of space for everyone. The house was super clean, beautiful and everyone liked it. The gated pool in the backyard together with the patio was awesome when staying with kids.

Kids love their themed rooms!

Wow! This house was a great place to live in. It features stunning layouts and delightful amenities. Everything is well-maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay. My kids had a lot of fun in their playroom. I’ll definitely tell my friends about it.

Brand new house!

This place has a bowling alley hahahahah thats crazy. Brand new house and even smells like paint. it literally was just built. still construction outside. they got a theatre in there.

Marvellous home

This was definitely unexpected. The home is marvellous. Bowling alley and karaoke room were very cool. Cute gym as well. The community is under construction.
