LA MEJOR UBICACIÓN EN ORLANDO LAKEFRONT VILLA

Nuestras villas son de dos pisos de altura, con aire acondicionado y totalmente equipadas. Todas las sábanas y toallas están incluidas. También se proporciona un suministro inicial de jabón, champú, papel higiénico, toalla de papel y jabón para platos.

Las características de UNA HABITACIÓN Y UNA VILLA DE MEDIO / DOS BAÑOS (980 pies cuadrados):

PLANTA ALTA: DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL PRIVADO con 1 cama queen size, closet y un televisor, un SEGUNDO DORMITORIO SEMI PRIVADO con una cama queen size y closet. Un baño completo en el dormitorio principal privado (y un baño completo en la planta baja).

La disposición de las habitaciones es ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Tendría que pasar por un dormitorio más pequeño para acceder al dormitorio principal.

Everything was nice and clean. We noticed that the downstairs shower wasn’t getting very hot so everyone was showering up stairs. There is no pool either, for the kids to enjoy. Other than that everything was good for our quick trip to Orlando.

Online the stay looked nice, unfortunately the condo is very tired and needs updated badly, the smell of musty air was very overwhelming when we came in. Black mold in the vents, there was 2 bedrooms upstairs, but the description did not indicate that you had to walk through one to get to the other not very professional as we were down on a business trip and had to interrupt my employee as she sleep so I could go downstairs. The furniture was very uncomfortable, the couch should be burned, sitting on concrete might be as comfortable we were supplied with very little toilet paper for our stay, when I inquired about more the host said to go out and buy more ourselves, because they only supply the initial start to get us going. Disappointed

We loved the location. Everything was very clean. The check in was super easy. One fun surprise was being able to walk out back to the lake and see the fireworks show each evening at Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

The stay was great during the holidays. Slight challenges with weather changes during the winter, but our family of 4 managed well with an inflatable bed & bathroom in 1st & 2nd floor. We made breakfast every morning before heading to theme parks close by. Heavy traffic noise at night was difficult at times.

Check-in process was easy, two parking spaces, wi-fi access available. House was very clean, quiet area.The only thing we did not like was the bedroom layout you have to walk through one room to get to the next lacking privacy.The host was accessible, quick response.

Sea World

Went to Sea World Properties for 3 Days. Couldn't have found a better location. Less than 10 minutes to all 3 Parks. Home was perfect for me, my wife and teen grandson. Myrtle was very attentive and pleasant to interact with.

Work trip

Communication was awesome, the property was clean, the bedroom layout was a little odd (have to walk through 1 to.get to the other) but for me it was no issue. The shower in the downstairs batnroom was a.little small but the water was hot. All other ammenties were there, dishes, towels, etc. Location was such that traffic was.not an issue when I stayed there.

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The drive to the parks was quick and easy and took only 5-10 minutes depending on time of day. The condo was small but perfectly adequate for relaxing at the end of the day and preparing breakfasts and dinners. The view out the patio doors was nice with flowering trees and water view. Condo was very clean. Would highly recommend. I did not find the location noisy at all. Parking spot was close to door of condo.

Nice place for a family

The checkin was easy and the place was clean. Even though it technically is a 2/2 the bedrooms are set up a little weird. You have to walk through one room to get to the other. It wouldn’t be a problem for a family but not for friends and couples. I would definitely take my family there on vacation.

Très bien situé et très tranquille. Hôte respectueux. Cependant, il n'y a aucun détecteur de fumée... nous avons dû aller en acheter un tard le soir en arrivant. Cependant, c'était le seul point négatif. C'est vraiment une bonne option de loyer pour Orlando!

Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! Could use a little more outlets in the bedrooms, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Myrtle!

Just what we needed for Disney

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a trip to Disney. Approximately 10-15 min drive to parks, lots of restaurants near by. Seemed like a good location. Check in and out were easy. Will def stay again!

Conference and theme parks

The flat is in a good, central location that made commuting easy. There was some mold in the upstairs bathroom on arrival, but the host sent a handyman to address this in a timely manner. The consumable items listed in the ad were extremely limited and of low quality. Ants and a cockroach were notes throughout the stay, although perhaps this may be normal in Florida homes. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and word recommend as a functional accommodation.

Cute condo in great location

The condo is very neat and cute and the location is great, easy access to everything via car. Communication with the host was great, she answered my questions very quickly. We arrived very late at night and getting access was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep and grocery stores are close by. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and you have to walk through one to get to the other so it’s not super private. Not a problem for us. The pull out couch downstairs is super uncomfortable, the reason for only 4 stars. We also didn’t find linens for the pull out couch and ended up buying blankets. Downstairs couch aside, this is a great place for a small group and I recommend the condo and the lovely host.
