GLOSSARY
Welcome to The Haven at High Grove, our luxurious Mediterranean style two-storey home built on the
small and friendly community of High Grove. With 2170 square feet of air-conditioned living space The Haven features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and poolside restroom. You have a fully fitted kitchen, spacious open plan living area with entertainment centre and lots of comfortable seating as well as FREE high Speed internet access.
There is a Games Room with full size pool table, table tennis, foosball and indoor basketball.

Every room is furnished and finished to an extremely high standard. Outside we have a superb pool with multi-colour underwater lighting and block paved pool deck area, plus a Hydrotherapy free standing hot tub.
The Haven is truly the home for your perfect Orlando Disney holiday.

Our home is situated only 6 miles from Disney and within easy access to all that Florida has to offer, including all the theme parks. Why not visit the beautiful Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches, Championship golf courses, bars, restaurants and shopping.

POOL AREA
The Pool is fully screened to let the Florida sun in but keep the insects out. You will find the area around your pool is planted with beautiful flowering plants to add to your privacy. The pool itself is rectangular in shape (26ft x13ft and ranges between 3ft and 6ft in depth) and has MULTICOLOUR underwater lighting for your evening swim; while the decking area around the pool is attractively block paved. For your comfort we have deep padded cushioned patio furniture including 2 x sun loungers, 2 x reclining chairs with footstools, 3 x drink tables and 4 x chairs around a table for Alfresco Dining as well as outside lighting for your relaxing evenings.
We have provided a pool blanket with roller for the months where pool heating is needed (pool heating charged separately) .
We have also added a freestanding Hydrotherapy Hot Tub with multi-colour lighting (our hot tub is heated independently from the pool) which is ideal for after those long days at the parks
You may access the pool area through the cloakroom or enter via the living area patio doors; both ways are alarmed for the safety of your children.
A feature of The Haven is the Front Porch, why not relax on one of the porch chairs and have a
long cool drink while watching the world go by and the sun go down. As you are only minutes from a lake and conservation area you may even spot some of the local wildlife.

GAMES ROOM
Our games room has a full size pool table with overhead light, Table Tennis Table, Twin Basketball game, Table Football/Foosball as well as a 12 in 1 games system for our younger guests and provides hours of fun - will you excel at one game or be unbeatable throughout the games room. All equipment is provided.

GROUND FLOOR
Our ground floor is tiled throughout with a Family room that has plenty of comfortable seating to watch the Large LCD TV.
There are also many books to choose from and several board games and playing cards. A Play station 2 and games is also available for your use.
There is a separate Dining area for formal or informal meals which overlooks the pool area.
Your kitchen comes complete with breakfast bar, a stove/oven hob, large microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, coffeemaker, kettle, waste disposal and a full complement of crockery and cutlery for inside and out as well as everything else a modern kitchen boasts
Next to the kitchen you have the Laundry room, which consists of a top load washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner plus shelving space (where the pool towels are located) - but remember you are on holiday.
There is also a ground floor cloakroom that leads to the pool area with washbasin and toilet ,the door to the pool is alarmed for your children's safety.

FIRST FLOOR
The first bedroom is the Master bedroom which has luxury carpet fitted throughout and a king size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps on either side. There is a large bedroom unit with mirror that provides lots of storage space as well as housing the 37' LCD TV.
Your master en-suite bathroom, which has a Roman bath, walk-in shower, Jack and Jill washbasins and a separate toilet.
Next to the Master King you have the QUEEN room with a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps a clock radio, and a large bedroom unit with mirror. If you have time why not catch up with some TV viewing on the 32' LCD TV.
There is plenty of hanging space available in the large built in wardrobe, and there is a direct door to the shared bathroom, which has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
The remaining rooms are furnished as TWIN rooms and each contain two comfortable single beds, bedside lamps, more than ample storage space as well as LCD TVs and a Play Station 2 to enjoy games and watch DVDs.
Hairdryers and bathroom towels are provided as well as a digital safe.
HIGH GROVE
The Haven is located on the peaceful and beautiful GATED community of High Grove, a popular friendlyresort ideally situated on Highway 27 just 6 miles from Walt Disney World.
The Haven offers a beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment away from the bustling crowds of the parks, you are only metres away from a lake and conservation area whilst at the same time having convenient access to all the major attractions the sunshine state has to offer. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are literally minutes from The Haven, which means you won't have to travel miles to indulge in some shopping or dining out.
High Grove has a Mediterranean feel with the homes having red tiled roofs and cream painted exteriors giving a light and airy feel on your arrival.
As you enter High Grove you will see the lovely Clubhouse, this is available for your FREE use throughout your stay.
The friendly and welcoming staff will assist you should you have any questions or need advice about High Grove or Orlando in general.
There is a large SOLAR HEATED community pool and electrically heated spa as well as a large sundeck which is bathed in sun all day, changing rooms, tables, chairs, loungers and pool towels are provided for your use.
You will also find a Table Tennis Table, Pool Table and Table football, book library as well as a large and comfortable Large TV lounge where you can enjoy FREE tea or coffee in the morning.
There is complimentary use of the Gym to burn off some calories. The clubhouse also provides 2 desktop computers with FREE WI-FI for your use (printing is available for a small fee) .
Across from the Clubhouse is a children’s play area, have some fun and friendly competition at the crazy golf course.
EVENTS - Our clubhouse also hold events such as pancake days, BBQs and hot dog days, pool parties, children's activities. Holiday events including Easter egg hunts, 4th of July celebrations and Christmas Party

We also have a local bar situated just outside the gates of High Grove and only five minutes walk from our home - so therefore no need for a designated driver!
