Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The single-level layout keeps everything accessible and easy to navigate, with an open flow connecting the main living areas so the group stays connected without feeling on top of each other. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the indoor temperature comfortable no matter what Florida throws at you outside. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a full range of clothing storage - walk-in closet, additional closet space, a wardrobe, and a dresser - make it easy to settle in whether you're staying three nights or three weeks. Fast wifi at 357 Mbps, a dedicated Ethernet connection, and a private workspace with a door mean remote work or staying connected is never a problem.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Up to 12 guests sleep comfortably across four bedrooms. Two master suites each offer a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth is fitted with a full-over-full bunk bed. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas in the family room extend flexibility for larger groups. Three well-appointed bathrooms complete the setup, including a bathtub and a bidet.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. Appliances include a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. Wine glasses, baking sheets, barbecue utensils, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all on hand. The dining table seats the full group, and breakfast is provided each morning to get everyone off to a good start.
 
Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard and the home shifts into another gear entirely. An inground pool and spa are both available year-round and open 24 hours - pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor furniture, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill give the group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Lake access is available nearby via a path or dock, and free resort access adds shared facilities beyond the property itself.
 
Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room is one of the home's true standout features. A pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, life size games, and a theme room give the group more than enough to fill hours without ever leaving the property. Movie nights are covered by a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming across Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. For those wanting to stay active, exercise equipment includes a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights - plus shared gym access available nearby. Books, board games, and reading material round out the quieter options.
 
Family-friendly features
Families with younger children will find the home exceptionally well prepared. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ are all provided. A dedicated children's playroom and an outdoor playground give younger guests their own spaces to explore, and babysitter recommendations are available on request.

A free washer and dryer, iron, and all essential linens and toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - are included throughout your stay. The home has a private entrance, a single-level layout with no stairs, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, with free street parking also available. Self check-in is via smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property - none face any interior areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.
