Home had everything we needed. Very Clean, lots of room and comfortable. Could have used more kitchen spices. We did have one night with the attached home having a party till late in the evening. There was no one running the community that could help us tone down the party, had to call the police.

Exceptional host! Clear and easy communication throughout our stay and very quick response time. We asked to check on the pool heater during our stay and maintenance personnel were onsite within the hour to ensure the equipment was operating properly and got the water up to the proper temp (the weather was very cool at the beginning of our stay). A nice and quiet gated community but with easy gate access for our party. The community center was fun for the kids! Close to Disney parks so traveling back and forth during the day was easy. Would definitely stay at this property again!!

The house was very clean! The location of the property was very easy to navigate to the theme parks even though it was a little farther out than I usually stay. I was at the Disney resorts and Disney Springs in 20 minutes. I was able to go to the Universal Parks in about 25 minutes. The owner was in constant communication before and during the trip which was a HUGE plus. I was informed of all the procedures and codes with great detail. The day after my arrival, the host checked in to make sure everything was smooth getting in and everything was to our liking. The host really was phenomenal. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate coming back to this same property again!

The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded promptly to our questions. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Our only concerns were the common area pool, which is only 3 feet deep and quite cold—my kids were disappointed—and the hot tub was not very hot. Thankfully, the private pool at the house allowed the kids to swim and have fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the host’s attentiveness.

Rooms are huge and very spacious. Plenty of space in bedrooms for luggage. Open concept living, kitchen and dining provided ample space for my family of 7. Parking is to the side of the property, in parking lots, so not a driveway or street parking in front. A few minor flaws, but nothing that a rental house wouldn't have. Overall a great value, plenty of space, and secure.

Shared rental with other family for AAU National Tournaments at Orange County Convention Center.Queen bedroom: definitely needs a new mattress or pad to remove major dip in middle and the bathroom is NOT attached.Needs a very deep clean and minor fixes and updates. Cut back bush in entryway and speak with someone about dog poop left in grass in front of property.Sinus chairs not comfortable and the dining table still had crumbs in the seams of the glass.The “pool” was definitely a let down and there were hoses left around when we arrived. I wouldn’t recommend paying to have it heated unless you want to use it as a jacuzzi…it’s that small.Nicely decorated and property rep was very responsive & informaticFor the price it was OK.

Wonderful place to stay! It was quiet, felt safe, and clean inside. Lots of places to choose from for eating or shopping in close proximity to the property. The Condo’s kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. When contacting and asking questions to the host they were answered quickly.

Amazing stay!

This home was perfect for our girls trip! There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out; the rooms are exactly as pictured in the photos and had all of the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and the staff at the front gate was always very pleasant. We have already recommended this place to family that will be traveling in the area in August. Would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space and clean - great for family

This was our very first VRBO booking and I'd say it set the bar! Great communication from host to whole time - pre/during/after stay. Spacious with 3 bathrooms so our extended family had no waiting to use bathroom! Clean, great view of lake, peaceful neighborhood.

Great Place

It was a great property. Lots of space and very clean. We felt very safe at this property and had a wonderful smooth experience. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly when asked questions. The only thing I would say is that I wish we had some cleaning products like surface cleaners and broom to help us clean up after the stay. But other than that it is a great place! I highly recommend this for your next vacation to Florida! ;)

Magical Disney trip!!

My husband and I and our four kids (age 1, 12,16,17) stayed here for a week while visiting Disney and Universal. It was great! Enough room for everyone, clean and convenient. It was about a 20 minute drive to magic kingdom and less than 40 minutes to get to universal and that was with traffic. The hot water was fantastic we could all do showers when we got home and nobody’s was cold. Just a note for those traveling with littles there are no bath tubs just showers. The pack and play and high chair helped a ton with the one year old. We would definitely stay here again!
