We loved our stay, it was clean and beautiful! The grandkids loved the pool and game room. It was perfect for all 7 of us. The property manager reached out twice just to check on us. So much room to hang out by the pool and we enjoyed being able to grill out. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing house for a big group!

The house was just as great in person as it was shown online. We had a group of 8 and there were a perfect amount of bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, and game room. The house was about 30 minutes from all the attractions we visited and close to a lot of restaurant options. The owner was able to accommodate an early check in and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area in the future!

What a pool!

We had a wonderful two week stay at ‘The Pool House’. The pool really is as good as the pictures - huge, sparkling and deep enough to swim in. We spent some mornings at the theme parks before heading back to the villa to relax by the pool in the warm sunshine for the afternoon. As the pool is south facing it gets the sun all day, and into the early evening. If you’re unlucky enough to need something to occupy you on a rainy day, there are lots of options for that too! The male duo in our party enjoyed playing on the Wii and Xbox (usually whilst waiting for the female duo to get ready!), and there’s also pool and a fruit machine (complete with tokens to play with!).The location is so peaceful and quiet (particularly when the adjacent houses are empty) and we particularly liked the many restaurants, shops and bars along this end of the 192. We visited Universal, Sea World and Aquatica, which were around a 30 minute drive away. As some other reviews have mentioned the decor is looking a little tired in places, and the villa could probably do with a deep clean to bring it back to the level of polish shown in the photos. The control for the air conditioning is in a locked ‘box’ - whilst we understand the reason this is done, it’s annoying to have to email the management company every time you want to be warmer or cooler, although the management were very responsive.Overall we were delighted with the house, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or book it again!

Great Place to Stay!

House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 4 of us and we each had our own bathroom which was very nice. The weather was unseasonably cool, so we were not able to take advantage of the spa/pool but it looked very nice and there were plenty of chairs for outdoor entertainment. Gerry, the property manager, reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again and highly recommend.

An amazing time!

My family and I (8 people) really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home is beautifully decorated. Plenty of linens and towels. The beds were all comfortable. And the pool was the best part. The lights in the evening were a hit with the children for night swimming and the adults in the spa. Gerry was very responsive prior to our arrival and small issues were corrected immediately. We loved everything about this home and did not want to leave. Thanks Gerry for your hospitality!!

Pool House was Spectacular!

We leased the Pool House during my son's Spring trip for his college baseball team. The house is well maintain with all the amenities listed. The five bedrooms were more than we needed but everyone was very happy with the room they were in for the week. The pool table was used nightly with some intense family competition. The pool and hot tub were the main reason we booked this property. Some early issues with the heat pump slowed the heating process but the property manager addressed it quickly. The pool heated well and the nighttime pool lighting was nice touch. Check-in process was very easy with the door code being set prior to our arrival. Communication with the property manager was prompt and attentive. The onsite property agency person was very nice and stayed until the pool heat issue was resolved. The house is in a nice neighborhood but is not a gated community. We found that better to avoid the inflow traffic that can happen. We would lease this property again if we travel to Orlando in the future!
