I experienced several issues that required attention: - Ants and cockroaches were present in the kitchen. - The bathtub on the upper level was clogged, leading to drainage issues and disruptions during showers. - The television in the upstairs bedroom was not working properly, showing a 'no connection' error. - No trash bins were available for use. - The garbage disposal was malfunctioning and frequently clogged. - There was significant moisture under the sink, likely due to a leak, which caused the trash bags to get wet. - The vacuum cleaner was clogged and not working, possibly due to vacuuming up items like flowers or balloons. Despite our requests, the maintenance issues persisted, including the lack of resolution for the bathtub drain clog, television connection, and garbage disposal issue, which our son, an electrician, eventually fixed himself. The maintenance personnel acknowledged the issues and promised to put in a work order, but no tangible progress was made during our stay. We did not have the following issues resolved during our stay: ant and roach infestation, bathtub drain unclogged, television connected, and garbage disposal unclogged.The maintenance department never end came to make any repairs, after several phone calls.I wrote a complaint to the hostess and was told they couldn’t find any record of my complaints and I should have sent emails to them. Although the “Arrival Notice” specifically states, to call the maintenance dept. No accountability!
