House was clean, lots of extra stuff like fans, extra pillows, a stroller, some floats, toys, very handy. Neighborhood was quiet, everything was above standard. Didn’t need the host during the stay for anything but when I was booking they answered questions so fast and was super super helpful in helping me get everything set up quickly and efficiently. Only issue was there was no lightning on the back area patio. There were lighting fixtures but no bulbs I felt it was to deter you from being out back after dark but we wanted to enjoy time in the hot tub after our children went to sleep, so that was a bit of a let down, but I didn’t feel it was a big enough issue to contact anyone over so very well could have had them come and take care of it, or it could be a community rule? But it was the only complaint

Overall good stay and would rent this property again.minor cons not enough pool towels (4) for an 8-10 person home and the outside light above the grill in missing so it made hanging out there very dark.Im sure it will be fixed quickly.Theres a cut through between the the 2 buildings across the street that puts you in the parking lot by the main pool area Wich is very convenient.

The home was in poor condition. The dryer did not work. It took 18 hours to get the wifi operating. Ripped and broken furniture and stained bed linens were also a problem. We have used VRBO and stayed in this community in the past with no problem. This was terrible.

Wonderful vacation

The house and pool were exactly as pictured. The property owner was very quick to respond to any minor questions we had and have them dealt with quickly. Lots of pool towels, even beach toys for the kids! The beds were great with lots of space for 3 families. We would stay at this home again! Suggestion for a new broom for the house as the only one there was very tiny. Thank you!!

House was great for our family vacation. Lots for everyone to do, from the pool in the backyard; hot tub in the backyard; community pool and slides for the kids and pickleball courts as well! We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to returning next year!

First time renting from Vrbo and unfortunately my last..

10/10 for the customer service that communicated with me in a timely manner and was very respectful.Our check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, we encountered issues with parking, despite being advised that only five cars could be accommodated at the resort. This problem was exacerbated by the holiday season. Furthermore, while the property listing mentioned a washer and dryer, it failed to disclose that the dryer was non-functional. As a result, my family members were left with wet towels, which were neatly folded and placed on each bed. I brought the parking issue to the attention of the property manager (PM), who assured me that he would address the matter the following day with cones. However, he failed to appear on the designated day, which was Thanksgiving. When I confronted him via text, he claimed that he was unable to visit the property, but he had not communicated this to me previously. I then informed him about the issue with the towels, and he eventually delivered new towels on the Friday morning. For the premium price we paid for this property, the experience was undoubtedly not worth it. 4 people ended up leaving 2 days early due to their experience.

16th Birthday

My Family Came Down For My Granddaughter’s 16th Birthday We All Went To Volcano Bay And Came Back Exhausted Only To Find Out We Were Locked Out The Key Pad Battery Died So Kyle Had To Try And Get Inside We Were Locked Out Maybe Under 30min Thanks To Kyle I Really Appreciate His Quick Response And Willingness To Make Us Happy.

This is a nicely laid out home, multiple living areas, very clean. We had a few issues but they were addressed immediately by very attentive fellow named Kyle who works for the mgmt company. Mgmt company was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

College Baseball Spring Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. This house is a very short walk to the community pool, lazy river and playground which is a bonus. We were at college baseball games each day and the very warm heated pool was a nice way to end our long days with a night swim and dip in the hot tub. The host was quick to respond to any question etc.

Great stay

We had a great time at this place.great location very clean. Owners were very great at communication and answered any questions we had very promptly. We were very happy here and would definitely rent again. We never used the clubhouse services but looked like they had a nice pool and gym there. Thanks for everything
