You’ll have a comfortable private home base with full access to resort-style amenities, while staying close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re heading to the theme parks or spending a day at the community, there’s plenty here to keep the whole family entertained.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with three full bathrooms throughout the home:



• Bedroom 1: King bed, main level, Smart TV, ensuite full bathroom

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and twin bed, upstairs, Smart TV

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed and single twin, Minion-themed, upstairs

• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed and single twin, Mickey & Minnie-themed, upstairs



The themed bunk rooms make the upstairs especially fun for kids, while the main-level king suite offers added privacy for parents or couples.

The living room features a plush sofa set and a large Smart TV with cable, with the option to connect your own streaming accounts — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.



The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances and a large breakfast bar, ideal for quick breakfasts, snacks, or extra seating. The dining area features a stylish table with seating for four for casual family meals. The dining table and breakfast bar can also double as laptop-friendly workspaces, making it easy to catch up on emails or work remotely during your stay.

Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected throughout your stay. The in-home washer and dryer let you pack lighter and keep everyone comfortable throughout your trip. Free parking is available on-site, and central air conditioning helps keep the home comfortable. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days before check-in. This is a two-story home with stairs to the upper level. Nearby, you'll find Miller's Ale House, Giordano's, Chuy's, and Walmart all within a short drive.

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
