The location is great. It was our first time at Windsor Hills, and we really liked it. Disney is close but the traffic is heavy when leaving the resort. Darlene is a good communicator and check in and departure was very smooth. The washing/drying facilities were good. The beds and pillows are very comfy.Upon our arrival, 3 sets of bedding had unpleasant stains on them. We e mailed Darlene and these got changed the next day. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were covered in dirty stains. These were removed the following day but were not returned to us. We thought that the cleaning standards were not great. It needed a good spring clean. The drawers and cupboards were dirty. The rug in the living area was dirty and discoloured. There was no pantry or empty cupboard for storing food. We have stayed in several villas in florida, and all but this one had full size pantrys. There were not enough utensils, we ran out of spoons daily. 3 of the closets had no coathangers. Darlene did arrange to have some delivered, these arrived a few days later. One bedroom upstairs had no coathangers or drawers, so im not sure where previous guests stored their clothes. Some of the closets were broken and the doors were hanging off their tracks. During our stay a toilet broke and leaked toilet water all over the floor. The air conditioning also stopped working upstairs. One of the downstairs bedroom's light and A/C broke. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the villa overall.
