We went with other families for a volleyball tournament. House was a great fit for all of us. Spacious, clean, and fun!

My group of 17 stayed at this property for a week in June. Check in was smooth, we were hoping for early check in and that didn't happen but no fault of the rental staff. The house was beautiful, very clean, great amount of space. We loved the pool area and patio, the view over the water was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part (we could have used more serving dishes and more plastic glasses for by the pool). It was about a 25 minute drive to Disney parks which did not bother us (that includes some traffic). We enjoyed the theater room and the TV on the patio as well! The ice maker on the refrigerator could be better, we had to buy bags of ice to fill water bottles for the parks. The game room was great but we felt that there was almost too much stuff in there. It was difficult to play foosball b/c of the other game machines. My kids loved the car racing game and the Jurassic Park game. They enjoyed the jeep bunk beds, too. Overall an excellent stay, we stay in rental homes for pretty much all of our family vacations and this was an excellent rental for a large group.

Our family of 9 had a great week here. The property is very clean, so close to everything and had everything we needed. The games in the game room didn’t work but, we were so busy we didn’t even have time to reach out about it so that was no fault to management. The security gate to the pool is very hard to latch , the pool guy helped us with it and we were able to get it after that. We would definitely come back and stay.

House was fantastic and the host was very attentive during our stay if we needed anything or had any questions. The verification process is a nightmare and very excessive when you book the property. They charge extra to have a bbq grill at the house and they charge extra for heating up the hot tub. Both those should be included with the house in my opinion.

Had a fantastic stay. Only problem was the air broke in the upstairs one night. Was 80* with people trying to sleep in the rooms. Took the maintenance, an AC company, and the maintenance crew 3x coming to the house to finally get it repaired. I had to stay there and miss a day with my group so it could be fixed. Was a fantastic stay and would stay there again.

Our family really loved our stay at this home, it had everything we needed and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were disappointed to discover that the patio was in the middle of an ongoing construction project which was not completed during our stay. I found several large staples from the construction on the ground in the area where my family was walking barefoot and due to the project we were missing one light over the outdoor table and the outdoor ceiling fan. The fan especially would have been helpful to cool people off when the weather was warm and muggy. Overall the property was nice but the patio area did not meet my expectations nor have all of the amenities shown in the photographs on the listing due to the construction. I did reach out to the property manager during our stay to inquire about why the area was unfinished and when the work would be complete and was just told that they ran out of materials so the work would not be done until after my stay.

Property spotless Basket of essentials Great location Safe and secure Would definitely return. Communication outstanding We booked to visit sept 2024 and sadly had to cancel due to family member being poorly. Full refund and that’s why we re booked with Diamond Homes for this holiday. We will return.

This is a awesome property they really do it right. We had 16 and it was not crowded at all. Lot's of places to be in the house and not on top of each other. This house was built for Disney travel.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as it was described and had everything we needed for our big family get together. We loved the access to the clubhouse. Easy check in, great location and excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend!
