Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The six themed bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 10 beds, each with its own character. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite features a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite includes two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite provides a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. Rounding out the lineup, the Moana Suite has one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available with optional heating at an additional fee, making them usable no matter the time of year. A covered patio, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers create a natural gathering spot for long afternoons outside, and the private backyard gives the group extra space to move around. Resort access is also included, opening up an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more beyond the property itself.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped to handle cooking for a crowd - refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses are all on hand, along with cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper. A baking sheet and barbecue utensils round out the setup. The dining table brings everyone together, and the BBQ grill outside gives you another option when the weather calls for it.

Entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a full destination - pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV all in one space. Throughout the home you'll find multiple TVs with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and exercise equipment. The themed rooms add another layer of fun, particularly for families traveling with younger kids.

Family features
Younger guests are well looked after here. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, babysitter recommendations, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground are all available - making this a home that genuinely works for families with kids of all ages.

Comfort & essentials
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep every room comfortable throughout the year. A washer, dryer, iron, and dedicated workspace make longer stays easy to manage. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are provided throughout, and bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and a bidet - are included in every bathroom.

Safety & access
Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. The home is also equipped with hard-wired smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy, and a private entrance, lake access, and on-site free parking add to the convenience. Breakfast is provided for your stay, and housekeeping
is available at an extra cost.

Pets are welcome. Long-term stays are available for groups needing an extended home base in the Orlando Area.
