Communication with the host was not smooth. After booking i was overwhelmed with a lot of follow up steps. then they double charged me. They were very nice and refunded but the amount of communication was a lot. When we arrived the condo fit our needs but wasn't overly stocked. there were several outlets that didn't work and the place could really use an update. We did have a problem with the hvac of which we asked to have someone come look at. the host asked us to send pictures of the thermostat but not sure that would help and not sure anyone came to look at it. The washer also had problems. In general the host was nice but think it was a property management company and not an individual so the communcation seemed abundant at times and scarce at others. Also the condo needs quite a bit of work.
