While the house itself was nice and clean with plenty of room. The management company usually responded within a timely manner. However, we paid for a heated pool and did not realize the pool wasn't heated until after we reached out. After we reached out to the host, we were told the pool heater had malfunctioned. This was a major disappointment, as the heated pool was a primary reason we booked and paid extra for this property. We are grateful for the partial refund and heating fee refund. I hope that they resolved the issue and spoke with maintenance about their lack of communication. Other than that relaxing stay!
