This was perfect for our family of 4 gave us space to spread out but wasn’t overly large. The place itself is quiet however the road beside is quite loud if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem but it didn’t overly bother us while we slept. Furniture and wall paper could use some updating as there is a fair amount of wear but it doesn’t affect the stay it’s just cosmetic. Host were quick to answer and the pools are just a short walk. Also very close to main attractions and easy to drive around once you get the feel of your location. Overall we would stay again if we found ourselves back in Orlando.

Nice little shopping center across the street with Publix market, and many other offerings. Easy to walk across the street from the 4th floor #407. Rising sun shines bright in the living room through sliding glass wall. With the gates and access we found using Uber was easier to go to Dunkin Donuts across the street.

Great location for EPIC and Universal trip. The pool was lovely and HUGE. Our only issues were: would be nice to have actual hand soap and laundry detergent. We ended up purchasing these, but would be just a nice extra to have for the 3 sinks and then a few loads of laundry. The toilet in the master had to be flushed Upwards...which is odd. A note or post it on the toilet would be nice. Other wise, great place.

Fun getaway

My son had a swim meet at the Rosen aquatic center and this location was close to the pool and didn’t have traffic getting to the meet. Great having a kitchen and laundry on site

Perfect for Convention at Orange County Convention Center

Unit is as advertised and communication was great. Good value. Close to shopping and dining. I emailed about a squeaky fridge and they immediate assisted to fix the issue. Fully recommend.

Perfect location for the conference center and everything else!

We stayed in the condo for 9 nights while in town for our daughter's dances competition at the Hyatt Regency Conference Center (next to the Orange County Convention Center). Vista Cay is a great location for getting to most anyplace around Orlando. It was just about 5 minutes to get over to the convention center and there is a Publix Supermarket and great restaurants within walking distance. Vista Cay is a gated community, is well maintained, and feels absolutely safe. We utilized the pool and I walked on the walking trail around the lake several days, seeing lots of ducks, great egrets, snowy egrets, wood cranes, lizards, and a rabbit. You can also see the Sea World fireworks across the lake. While the condo's furniture needs some updating, it was very clean. With windows facing the street, we do recommend turning on some white noise while sleeping. It's not bad, but there is a fire station down the road and I woke up a few times the first night. After that, with white noise, I slept great. The kitchen could use a liquid measuring cup and measuring spoons. Other than that, we had everything we needed for basic cooking. Definitely check out NYPD Pizza, The Diner, and Sushi Hutt (yes a bad name but delicious sushi and hibachi). They are right across the street in the Publix shopping center. We drove from here to Legoland and to Disney several times.... Convenient! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Too Family friendly ?

Our room was ready and had no issues checking in. Close to the grocery and within walking distance of convention center, 1.1 miles. A little wear and tear on the unit compared to some of the others we looked at in the same complex but not too outdated. Pool was the worst thing about this place. It was “packed” and kids just throwing around balls hitting people all the time. I got hit unexpectedly like 3 times. The pool was really dirty, Hair would float by you in clumps. The security walking around the pool looking for outside alcohol was obnoxious. I saw them looking in someone’s bag that was in the pool and they didn’t have any idea. I get that they want to sell you their alcohol but they were not nice about it. Besides the pool harassment the resort was nice. It was gated and had a big running trail around the pond. Food options close and most deliver. It’s close to universal too. We Uber everywhere. Airport was $28 universal was $16 outlet mall was $12.

Close to convention center

My daughter had a Volleyball tournament and we were able to walk to the convention center. Avoid parking fees and rental cars etc. very clean- quick to respond and help with any questions, perfect for what we needed!
