We were a group of 14, 1/2 of which were elderly and we were relying heavily on the amenities of the house for them to use while the rest of us were out and about. This property fell way short. I am usually willing to let smaller things go and we were prepared for some wear and tear, but major "amenities" including the pool, Wifi, and TVs were not useable for 3 days which directly impacted our vacation.The outdoor space was not usable -there was a tear in the screen that let mosquitos in so we couldn't sit outside. The grill and pool filter did not work.There weren't enough towels, and the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked (house sleeps 21, but only 6 coffee mugs, 12 forks and 3 teaspoons). It was also missing some essential basics: oven mitts, dish drainer, etc.Major leak in the kitchen sink, previous tenant's belongings found in several drawers (makes you question the cleanliness of the place).The management company did communicate well, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness to resolving the issues (most things were fixed by day 3). It is unfortunate that these things were not addressed before we arrived. Many more things to report which I will discuss with the owners directly so others can avoid the same misfortune as us & not lose vacation time dealing with house issues. This property has great potential, but there are too many issues to overlook at this time. Sorry, but I would not recommend this property until these issues are resolved fully.
