Our family of five stayed for seven nights and had a great experience. Gary and the team were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location is excellent—very close to Epic, SeaWorld, and Aquatica, and only about 10 minutes from Universal and Islands of Adventure. It definitely beats sitting in I‑4 traffic.The only downside was that the kids’ water park was under repair during part of our stay, so the kids only got to use it twice. When it’s open, though, it’s a fantastic feature for families.Overall, the space, in‑unit laundry, and well‑equipped kitchen made staying in a condo far more enjoyable than a hotel. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. Thank you!

Lovely spacious apartment, super near Epic Universe. Easy check in. Gary very fast replying to any emails or questions before and during stay.We didnt manage to use Vista Cay facilities like the pool as it was record cold temperatures but I would stay in this apartment again, would recommend as Gary was 1st class.

Wonderful! This is an exceptionally clean, very spacious, and well-appointed property. Minutes to grocery store and pharmacy and proximal to all Disney and Universal parks — just 5 minutes door-to-door to Epic parking! The property manager was very attentive and checked in with us regularly during our stay to ensure that we had no issues and that our needs were being met. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying at Vista Cay on our next vacation in Orlando!

National Volleyball tournament vscation

We enjoyed our stay!! The Condo was very spacious! Very convenient to the convention center so we were able to even walk to the volleyball national tournament ! We also appreciated the location as it is close to theme parks ! Grocery stores and restaurants close by also ! We love Vista Cay any this Confi was very nice for our 10 day stay ! We would recommend it and look forward to staying there again !

Roomy and clean

The rental is very spacious and very clean. It is conveniently located near the convention center and Universal. A supermarket and restaurants are close by. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

The home was perfect. For being an apartment/condo I heard no noise at all. It was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. Beds were comfortable and home was up to date. I strongly recommend this place and will rent here again.

This condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. My family felt comfortable and it was great to come back from the parks to relax in the pool. The grounds were impeccable. Location is close to everything. Property Management made everything very easy. Gary was wonderful! We will be back again for sure!

Perfect location for a convention center tournament

We were looking for a place to stay for a volleyball tournament close to the convention center and that could house two other Mom's and Daughters. It ended up being a great location and close to all of the other attractions the girls wanted to enjoy.

Favorite stay

We stay every year at Vista Cay for volleyball nationals. This condo has been my favorite out of the 6 years we’ve stay at this location. The only downside is the couch was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was clean, perfect location, and lots of space.

Great Condo

This place was perfect for our stay in Orlando. You can walk to the grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants like Subway and Dunkin Donuts. We stayed here while we visited the Disney Parks and Icon Park and this location was great. Close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the walking path and saw many Florida birds. My teenage girls loved the spacious condo, pool, hot tub and dj at the pool! Very safe gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

Orlando golf trip visit

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO at Vista Cay for a week in March. We like the Vista Cay property -- ample parking, nice spacious units, and a good location for us. Access to this particular unit was easy and communication with the property was perfect. We received unit access timely, he checked with us shortly after check-in, and he responded quickly to a request for an extended stay (due to weather related travel delays). The unit was clean and as pictured. Supply quantities matched the description provided (always a bit limiting at Vista Cay).

I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Orlando. This property is close to Sea World and Universal and just a short drive to Disney. Lots to do in the area. Accommodations were immaculate. Easy check in. Owner communication was outstanding.

Awesome Place! Awesome Property Managers!

Everything went as you would hope. Arriving around 10 PM, the security gate opened as expected, parking was close to the building, keyless entry into the condo was smooth. Best of all, I was such a hero to my friends and family! The place was HUGE... and amazing. The pictures don't do it justice for the size of the rooms. We had one tiny issue, after 6 PM on a Friday night (the main TV was asking for a code).. when we arrived it was working fine. I text the property mgr. (Gary) for the code, he immediately called, after a brief conversation he realized it was a cable issue, he hung up with me, contacted the cable co. and a few minutes later we had a 3 way (cable rep, property mgr. & me) to make sure it was resolved (they needed to reset the system remotely)... from 1st text to working TV something like 15 minutes. AMAZING! Even the things outside the condo were spot on. The pool & hot tub area was great. The condo staff were friendly and informative. The pool area has a bartender and serves some bar food. The condo community is gated and quiet. One thing, unexpected that I really enjoyed was the huge pond just outside the condo (at the rear of the complex). From the condo, you can easily access the concrete path that meanders around the pond... the walk was probably about 2 miles... we saw lots of birds and small Iguanas on the walk. I can not more highly recommend both this condo & it's property management team: Orlando Vacation Homes 360, Inc.
