Perfect alternative to hotels! Communication with the host was great and we appreciated how easy it was to access our place. Very close to all of the parks. The property was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were amazing. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the parks. We didn’t bring a car, and the location made everything extra easy to navigate. Being near Publix made it simple to grab essentials and kept the trip stress-free.We also loved having great restaurants within walking distance—perfect for nights when we didn’t want to deal with the high costs and crowds at the park restaurants. The space was ideal for our family of four, giving us room to relax and decompress after long park days instead of being on top of each other in a hotel room.We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay for our HHN mini vacation. The room was clean, the check in process was easy, the host was great to communicate with and called to make sure we got checked in ok and if we needed anything. The unit backs up to some trees so the view out the windows isn't a parking lot! It's close to everything fun to do also!

Good property great hosts

The property was exactly as stated in the listing. We stay at vista cay for a futsal tournament at the convention center so location is perfect. I like the pool on this side is newly renovated and not too crowded like the main pool. The hosts were very responsive about my request and this is the 2nd time staying at one of their properties. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful experience at the rental. The condo was clean, the extra blankets in the closet were useful, and the washer/dryer came in handy after using the pool and hot tub each night. When we needed the microwave maintained they responded quickly and we felt genuinely heard. Thank you for a great rental experience!

Great stay

It was very close to parks. Very quiet and the condo was very clean. We had everything we needed. Club house bar had a great bartender. Club house pool was also great. Publix was within walking distance. Check in and checkout were easy. Will stay here again in the future.

Review

The property was great for what we needed. We were in town for volleyball nationals, and were close in proximity to the convention center and Wide World of Sports. The only thing that was unclear was that this property was in Vista Cay "Reserve" and not the main complex where the rest of our team stayed. It was a short drive, but not exactly where we intended on being. The property itself was nice enough for what we needed for the week.

Perfect place!

Unit just as described. Publix is walking distance, Walgreens & chic fil a was a 2min drive, Walmart was about 7-10 min away. The Disney parks were about 20 mins away. The unit was very clean, as is the entire property. EV charging station is available in front of the building. Overall, great place and would rent again!

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay. We were in town for a sports tournament at the convention center. Having 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was spotlessly clean. We had a few minor maintenance issues while there which we reported to Orlando Vacation Homes staff who were a pleasure to deal with. It was overall very quiet—although some footsteps and chair moving heard from upstairs unit at night we didn’t hear them otherwise. We loved having Publix, pizza, and Dunkin’ Donuts within walking distance.

This unit is perfect for a comfortable get away. The unit is spacious, comfortable, steps away from a close pool and entertainment. It also has every amenity needed while traveling. We loved our stay here.
