This room had everything we needed for 2 parents, 2 kids & grandma! It was RIGHT next to the pool and so close to all of the Universal parks. Will definitely stay here again

Great location

Overall stay was great - condo was clean and location close to the clubhouse was wonderful for our family. We do wish the condo had a few more kitchen utensils, spatulas etc for cooking and more towels. We stayed for 10 days which is longer than most people probably stay and felt like we had to do laundry everyday to keep up due to minimal towels, etc. Would def come back to this property

Great place!

My family had a great trip to Orlando for a week-long stay for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The home was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were great — my girls used the pool a lot and there’s a great 2-mile loop for a run around the nearby lake. It’s a simple walk to the convention center. People park practically next to these condos when attending the convention center. I’d go back again and book this place. Thank you!

Great Stay

House was great. We've stayed at Vista Cay 10 years now and this one is one of the best. Only concern was listed ground floor bedroom with King bed, but it was actually a Queen. This was ok with us, but for some, this could be a concern. The upstairs room listed as twin beds was actually double beds which was a bonus.

Beautiful home away from home

Vista Cay complex is beautiful, and very well maintained with all perks (swimming pool, hot bathtub, gym etc.). There is a nice walking path around lake, next to Vista cay to enjoy with your family. Property itself is very neat, stylish, practical and everything you need for a vacation. Gary is great host and will response any queries in very timely manner. I love the fact that Gary checked on us to make sure we arrived safely (since we were driving in some bad weather). I highly recommend this property to everyone. We will surely visit the place again in future.

Very updated

Location is fantastic. Furnishings are awesome and new. The kitchen could use some more cooking tools (spatula cheese grader) to help with breakfast. My only complaint is the two bedrooms on the top floor are warm. They really should install a separate AC unit for up there. Almost too warm to sleep up there while first floor is cold.

All the perks!

Vista Cay is a beautiful complex, well maintained and landscaped. There’s a walking path around a lake in back with many birds and other wildlife. The unit is stylish, spacious and comfortable. It contained everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location

Perfect place to stay if visiting Universal, Disney or SeaWorld. Very closely located to all of Orlando’s theme parks. Pool and other resort amenities are kind of small if you were to just vacation at the resort your entire stay, We however took full advantage of the close proximity to all the parks. It was perfect. Check in is super easy! House was very clean upon arrival.

Fantastic

Super convenient location to the convention center, shopping and restaurants. Nice pool with frozen Pina coladas! Home was just as described. But best of all was the property management company. The best I’ve ever rented from, really. Took care of our crib rental and had it delivered to the room requested before we arrived. Checked in via text several times to make sure we were comfortable. Even dropped off a new larger pot and skillet when we mentioned they were needed. Sincerely good people. Thank you Gary and team!!

Townhouse had all amenities required. Short drive to Disney. Leave some time to relax and enjoy heated pool in the evening.. We would return.

Absolutely Great

We had two adults and four kids, ranging in age from 12 to 16. We spent one day at Disney and one day at Universal. We took an off day, where we used the beautiful pool at the facility. We thought the house looked great in the pictures, but it was actually even much nicer in real life. Gary was responsive, nice and always available. However, he was not intrusive in anyway. This was simply the best experience for which we could’ve hoped. Finally, the value speaks for itself when compared with similar vacation rentals in Central Florida. We will be back and we will be recommending this to friends and family.

Great location, great stay.

We spent 10 days with our 2 teenage boys. One of the main reasons we picked this rental over others is there was enough seating in the living room for us all to sit comfortably, and it didn't disappoint. The communication from Gary was exactly what you want, just enough without being too much, and he always responded quickly to texts. We got to use the pool a couple days and that area is nice, and although it looks kind of far on the map, it's really an easy walk. There seemed to be plenty of parking in front of the clubhouse if you need to drive. Walgreens is right around the corner, and the Publix is an easy drive. We got food from Slidders pizza on our last day. Food was pretty good, especially for the price. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the frying pans are a little beat up. The washer and dryer are in the lower level bedroom and seem pretty new. We ended up doing a load of laundry almost every day. It was nice to pack less and come home with mostly clean clothes. Overall, I'd rate the condition of the unit as above average. It's a rental that gets a lot of use and is starting to show it's age. Nothing significant, just in the details (ie, a couple cracked tiles in the kitchen, a drawer that doesn't work right, etc.) For those with teenagers who like video games, there is a place called Ready Game Begin in the Publix plaza. It's essentially a video game cafe with game systems (PS5, PCs, etc.) Our boys spent a couple hours one evening after spending the day at the parks and really enjoyed it. Rates are really reasonable, especially compared to everything else in the area.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting

Fantastic condo. It was absolutely beautiful inside and spacious for 4 people. Directions and expectations were very clear. We even had an issue during our stay and Gary was very quick to correct it for us and give us guidance. About 15 mins to each park. Easy drivability. Would stay here again in the future.
