Vista cay okay

I have stayed at vista cay for over 10 plus years. I thought this particular unit was a little overpriced for the actual unit. There was minimal seating for eating. The table that was in the kitchen only had 3 chairs and there was no other dining table. Also it smelled very musty every day. There were available to communicate with which was good. There was no cookie sheet to cook stuff with. The unit above us was sooo loud the entire time and we were able to hear their every footstep which was a bit annoying. Overall it was ok

Comfortable and convenient!

I stayed here with colleagues for a conference. Kris was immensely accommodating, offering us an early checkin so we could attend our meetings on time. The space was beautiful and comfortable!

Overall good rental

Very clean, great location, easy parking, and safe. Only complaint was the condo had a musty/moldy smell. Not overwhelming, but somewhat smelly. I’m guessing the high humidity of Florida combined with carpeting leds to the smell because we have found properties with mostly tile flooring does not have this issue

Communication with property manager was prompt. Condo was as described. I completely understand why the condos thermostat should not go any lower than 72. For this condo it seemed like a warm 72. There was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom which helped; however, no ceiling fans in the spare bedrooms. I would stay in this condo again but would bring fans.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is very nice. Plenty of space, the living room is open to the kitchen when cooking with a nice bar seating 4. The patio is great overlooking the lake and the bathrooms were nice. The property is gated so there is a key code to drive in and park, which I liked. The pool was plenty big and on weekends the property hosts a pool party with everyone there. We used the business center to print boarding passes which was easy. As others mention, Publix is not too far away to get groceries. There was enough there to get you started too, ie a sponge, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. I would stay here again.

Great location

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. Property and location were perfect! We had two families staying together. Enough space for everyone to hang out and relax between games and in the evenings. Always nice to have kitchen and ability to prepare meals. Only recommendation for property management would be to supply additional garbage bags and toilet paper. These extra amenities should be included in stay. We had a wonderful stay and experience overall!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for a short trip to enjoy a bowl game. We loved sitting on the balcony, especially at night for the fireworks at SeaWorld. Good food within walking distance. The only thing different than other locations we have stayed in was the removal of everything between guests. They communicated it clearly and I can understand why with COVID, but we are used to having oil, spices, and other basics available. It didn't cause an issue, it was just different.

Great Property

This was everything we needed and wanted. The rental was very clean, cozy and close many theme parks. We loved the pool, bar and arcade. We really loved the lake view from our rental. We just walked out on the patio and watched the fireworks from Sea World. We really enjoyed the space and will definitely revisit again in the future.

Perfect condo for family vacation

Remote Working at Vista Cay

We decided to spend a month “working from home” at this beautiful condo in Vista Cay. The condo was in a great location overlooking Lake Cay, and walking distance from the pool, Publix and Half Barrel Brewing. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy some time away. Owner was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay and definitely would come back. A perfect location. Loved having the conveniency of a grocery store within walking distance. Pool was also great and very warm! Condo was very spacious and loved the back porch facing the lake.

Quick trip...

Check in process was on-line and very convenient since we came in at 11 PM. The condo was as exactly as shown. Plenty of towels (not the thickest) but plenty for 6 of us. This has been a problem in past rentals. We did have a small leak from the condo above, that dripped all night the first night. I let management know and they were quick to respond even though they had to wait until the people above had left to fix it. It did not leak the next 2 nights and they very quick to respond. Beds were good, my personal preference would be a little softer, but they were not bad. Overall a great place to stay for a party of 6. We had plenty of space to move about.
