Love the location! Love being on the ground floor! Love communication with owner! Lots of parking and shops nearby. 3rd time staying here and totally recommend!

Overall, great but couple things for improvement…

In general, this complex is super duper; great location and amenities. Condo was exactly like photos, clean, perfect amount of space for everyone. Will definitely use again if we’re back in the area! The only negatives were that the HVAC system didn’t really seem to be working. Not a big deal since the majority of the time the outside temperature was manageable. Towards the end of our trip, temps were creeping into the mid-90s so the interior of the condo was noticeably warmer with no respite from air conditioning. The garbage disposal didn’t really work unless you fiddled with the switch. No can opener, which we worked around by borrowing from friends staying in the same complex. Thank you for a great trip to Orlando!

Family Vacation

Love this property! Perfect location for all the theme parks, restaurants, shopping, and access to highways. The family enjoyed the resort style pool, splash pad & tiki bar, Adam (bartender) makes the best pina coladas too! We were a family of 6 adults & 2 children, and we had lots of space in the condo. Easy check in and out…it was a sad time when we had to leave. Highly recommend this property. Thank you for making our family vacation special.

Spacious Clean condo close to attractions

We had a great stay, the condo perfectly met our needs for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and huge! It’s first floor location made it easily accessible. The large community pool was great. About 20 minute drive to Disney parks. Great place to come home to at the end of a long day at the parks.

Family weekend trip

Very clean- close to everything- would recommend placing den TV on wall in order for small children from touching. Also sliding shower door in smaller bathroom came off track twice but was able to get back on with assistance. Overall we had an excellent vacation

Modern and Clean

Wonderful rental

Beautiful, spacious, convenient location

This property was clean, and much more spacious than we expected. It was conveniently located to theme parks & Camping World Stadium, safely gated and surrounded with places to eat. We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool and other amenities but they were very well kept & inviting! We will definitely consider this location & unit for future Orlando visits.

Beautiful location but horrible experience due to second floor tenants second

The place was clean and nice and host was very nice. Unfortunately this is located on first floor and the tenants above us made this into such a horrible experience. It seems as if management was unable to do anything about it- they ran and bounced a basketball out last four days there until 2:30am. Which didn’t allow us to get any rest or sleep. But aside from that the location was convenient just wished management could have done more about the tenants that were staying upstairs.

A weekend for the books!!

We really enjoyed Lin’d beautiful home and built family memories that will remain with all of us. The fact that everyone slept in extremely comfortable beds, and all the details of the homes were on point, made our weekend one for the books. 4.9 Stars!

First of all, great place. Very clean, updated, great location, plenty of room! Pool area with bar was a great bonus. Our hosts Lin and Geoff were very easy to deal with and very responsive (I couldn't find my email with door codes and was able to get a hold of Lin right away). I would rate the property five stars but the only reason I didn't was the patio furniture left a little to be desired. This is one of many of their units, and I am sure the others have a nicer patio "experience", but ours was lacking. Minor detail, but everything else was 5 stars.

Spring Break

Had a great experience. Space is bigger on person than it looks in the pictures. Walking distance on Publix, Walgreens, and a small craft brewery were a huge plus. Kitchen was well stocked when we cooked, and the resort grounds were well maintained. Will definitely keep in mind if we return.
