Occupancy limit: Max 8 overnight guests.
Visitors: Day visitors must follow community rules; no unregistered overnight guests.
Parking: Plenty parking spots. Follow all posted community rules; towing is enforced.
Pets: Not allowed.
Trash: Bag all trash and dispose in the bench box in the hall way. Do not leave bags outside the door).
Damage/extra cleaning: Charged for smoking evidence, stained linens/towels, excessive mess, missing items, or rule violations.
Check-in/out: Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM
Basic courtesy: No wet towels on furniture, no glitter/confetti, and please keep food out of bedrooms.
