Absolutely loved the location the room and everything it provided . My kids said it was the best one we’ve stayed in yet. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

Roomy and clean

Exactly as advertised. Located next to Publix and shopping strip with restaurants. Condo is spacious and adequately stocked to get started on a vacay.

Nice time

Every thing was wonderful. Very clean. Enough room for the 4 adults and 3 kids that stayed. The one thing that was “bad” was the shower curtain billows and flys around when taking a shower. I think the shower bar needs to be lowered or a longer curtain needs to be added. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything else was great.

Perfect spot for Volleyball Nationals

We have stayed here the past 2 years while in Orlando for the AAU National Volleyball Tournament. It is located close to the convention center, various restaurants and grocery stores. It was super easy to check in, very clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely book it again next year!!

Great experience- would stay again

This was a great space with room for everyone (5 total) - quiet neighborhood with immediate needs within walking distance. We will keep this in our favorites as a future destination.

Disappointing stay in Orlando with Cosy Casa at Vista Cay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chris offered to either refund one days stay or give us one additional free day. I would like to utilize the refund on one day please. So in essence we will accept the refund on one days stay to make up for the issue we had with our son falling on the Vista Cay stairs here at 4114, this was due to the fact that the painters left the tape/brown paper over the night time lights for our stairs coming up to into the building my son fell and injured his knee our first night here. Also the painters were painting our door and corredor Friday morning early, they woke us up with the noise and we were not allowed to leave our room for a number of hours due to the fact that paint fumes were all throughout the corridor of our unit and there were no exhaust fans. With our newborn baby and our six-year-old son that has health issues including allergies we were not able to leave our room to enjoy the amenities or leave the area until the painting was completed. Due to the inconvenience of the painting/remodeling work and our son falling Because of the dark stairway corridor Chris kindly offered to give us one day free stay.

Great place to stay!

This condo was great!! Clean and comfortable!! It was especially nice being close to a grocery store, plus the pool was right across the parking lot from our front door!!

Beautiful place to stay.

Location was great and convenient to Parks 20 mins away and Grocery stores just around the corner. This is a great place to stay.. Pool was lovely and enjoyable and clean. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Could use some better pots and towels could be improved. Other then that it was GREAT!

Condo was absolutely perfect. The Condo was exceptionally clean and neat with crisp white linen on the beds. The bedrooms where spacious with each room having a TV. The kitchen was stocked with all the comforts of home including full set of plates, glasses, cooking wear, utensils, coffeepot, along with a supply of trash bags, and dish soap. The living room and dinet area was spacious also. I was so impressed with hospitality and the consideration provided for my stay. I will come back!

The property was beautiful, clean and very relaxing. We stayed near the east pool which was quiet and perfect for us! Location close and convenient to everything we needed!! Would love to stay again!
