  • This renovated luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located in the resort community of Vista Cay. It is Beautifully furnished and completely upgraded. This tropical getaway will make you never want to leave.


    Comfortably sleep up to ten people. You have room for everyone in the family to have their own space to kick back and relax.


    The master suite boasts a king size bed, walk in shower, and large flat screen TV. One of the guestrooms features two full size beds while the other guest room features a queen size bed. Both guestrooms have flat screen TV's offering the perfect retreat for down time after a day out and about. If you need some more space the beautifully designed living area in the front of the unit offers a comfortable sleeper sofa in a secluded area.


    Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the 'open plan' fully equipped kitchen and dining area!


    Vista Cay Resort offers a 2.5 mile walking trail around Lake Cay which is located directly behind this unit offering easy access for your early morning jog and a relaxing walk at sunset! Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Clean house, convenient location

A little get away

My friend & I went away with our daughters (both aged 16). We had an extremely easy time finding & accessing the condo. The unit was clean & welcoming including a package of Oreo cookies for us. We were close to the pool and fitness center. All of the amenities were clean and well staffed. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Amazing Stay and Unit

This unit was far more than we expected! It was beautiful! The price was very fair! The location was fantastic being close to all types of shopping to include groceries, restaurants, stores and the interstate. The communication with the owners throughout the visit was great! Whatever quirks we had they were willing to fix. We had a great time and would book with this company again for sure.

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s conveniently located right across the street from the commission center. We were able to walk to our volleyball tournament every day. Saving on parking and time.! Room for 3-4 mother daughter combos!

Huge! Spacious!

Loved this place, few things I prepare for next time I came.. the beds are very uncomfortable.I never expect it to be as comfortable as my bed back home- but these beds were hard, felt like a spring mattress… only other thing, and this is the cleaning company- Vents are Black and Grey! Full of Dust! Other then those two things the condo is lovely!!

Nice, clean place!

The condo is very nice and on the 1st floor. Lots of space. Only issue was ice maker didn’t work, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Pretty good, some bumps that went smooth

Initially we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors were absolutely horrible, BUT we let them know about our issues with the floor and other issues (ice machine on fridge was making a very loud noise, the dishwasher wasn't working, and the second living room tv didn't have cable or app access--basically was a prop). We were concerned at first that we would have to find a new place to stay for the week, but the property management got on it and FAST. Professional carpet cleaners came, and handymen came for most of our issues. We were thrilled with how close we were to the attractions and after a few days and some cleaning, we were able to make it a home away from home. Although the property was initially a disappointment, we actually would consider it again. Make sure you read the fine print in the details in the descriptions so that you have all that you need and you'll enjoy your stay too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to rent an Airbnb due to buying a new home while we wait to close on our new home. Our initial impression upon arrival was that the place seemed clean and nicely decorated but that’s where it ends. There were several issues wrong with this particular condo but I chose to only bring up a few to the host. The garbage disposal was not working and the wifi signal was terrible along with the dirty air vent and dirty toilet’s that I ended up cleaning. When the maintenance tech arrived to inspect the garbage disposal, I asked him if he could take a look at the big stain on the master’s bathroom wall. He touched it and it was wet and said that was indeed mold. In addition the master bedroom’s closet had a leak coming from somewhere which was discovered the following morning while another maintenance tech was there. I found all my bags to be damp and had a terrible moldy smell to it. I immediately messaged the host to have us switch condos. While the request was granted, we got switched to building 5025 which resulted to be awfully noisy. It is currently 1 am and I cannot sleep because one of the neighbors has his TV very loud. This is has become an everyday custom and a nightmare. I will definitely not book at Vista Cay in the future and will warn others not to do so. I can not wait until my stay here is over.

We had issues with the main television and not having a remote for another which were never addressed despite 2 calls to the management office. My biggest pet peeve is an additional fee for an early check in. If the unit is ready, with the amount already paid, an additional charge to check in early is ridiculous.

We did not have a need to contact the property management company because everything was well laid out on a tablet within the condo. In addition, the grounds were well taken care of and very clean. Lots of crown molding and wainscoting within condo and building to give you a luxurious feeling. In the evening they had activities by the pool such as movies for the kids and a DJ party which was fun. It looks nice from the pictures on the website but that doesn't do it justice. I was really impressed when we arrived. Vista Cay is the perfect place to stay if you are going to convention center or the parks. Very close to Sea World and Universal with plenty of places to eat. The only thing they could improve would be some kitchen essentials such as a few more pots and pans. Really appreciated that no where within the condo or complex did it smell musty.

In addition, its location is in an area of Orlando that provides incredible access to all of the key entertainment sites in Orlando.
