Visiting family

The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, though there were a few minor issues: patchy WiFi in parts of the house, some missing kitchen items, and remotes with dead batteries (which we replaced). As our visit was short, we didn’t report these and worked around them.Communication from the host was prompt but heavily focused on rules. After our stay, the host submitted a damage claim for a plastic towel rail that came loose under the weight of a damp towel; the charge was high. We had insurance, which covered it, and I’d strongly recommend other guests have coverage as well.

The home was clean and comfortable. The only item we needed and expected to be there was salt. Other than that one tiny thing, our experience was positive!The stairs are steep, so if you are travelling with someone with mobility issues, that could be a problem!The check in and check out process was very easy.

The home could have had more towels. Some soap and better TV channels.

The gate worked sometimes and then sometimes it didn't. Overall the house was fine.

Great Stay

Nice location near to major highway, but still very quiet. Good beds, washer and dryer were a nice extra. Close to Disney, not far from Uni and SeaWorld and BGT. Definitely recommend.

Nice place Great Location would stay again

The place was great and super clean. Would definitely stay again. Bit of a hiccup with the check in process. We showed up 45 min early so I messaged the host to see if we could get in and he replied that the cleaning service was running late. Well they did a great job but they were there till 7:15pm check in was 4 pm. After driving 20 plus hours just wanted to shower. The host refunded $60 which was a nice of him. A few days later we had a storm and lost power and the key pad for the front door was not working and the battery back up did not work at that time so we had no entry at that time. We messaged the host and waited for about 1/2 hour to try the key pad again and it worked. A few hours late the host called to ask what was going on I told him and he said it must have been the power outage that caused the problem. Well the next day the pad was dead again but I went to Publix’s at bought batteries and replaced them and had no further problems. Like I said the place was great we would stay again.

Perfect location & perfectly peaceful!

We came down to FL to watch my daughter play collegiate softball in Clermont all week. The location is perfect to jump on any major road and any store or restaurant you need yet tucked away so you feel like you’re in a tranquil paradise. We spent the time we weren’t at the fields at the pool which was very quiet. After a long day, we hung out on the back patio which was secluded and peaceful. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked. The TV room couch was fantastic - comfortable and could fit all of us. Kwami was a great communicator. He responded to my questions and comments immediately. Would definitely come again!

gut: - Nachrichtenaustausch mit Vermieter über email schnell - kostenloser Late-Checkout um 15.00 Uhr - als der Trockner nicht funktionierte (s.u.) wurden weitere Handtücher bereitgestellt. nicht gut: - Der Pool (der Anlage) war ziemlich schmutzig und der Whirlpool funktionierte gar nicht. Uns war das zu heikel. Zustand hat sich in der Zeit auch nicht gebessert. Schade, es war sehr heiß. - Der Safe funktionierte nicht. (und es mussten Fremde während unserer Abwesenheit ins Haus, da der Trockner getauscht wurde. (s.u.)) - diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht. - Zugangsdaten für Haus erst kurz vor dem Abflug (Expedia und FeWo direkt sieht 3 Tage vorher vor) - keine Telefonnummer für WA oder ähnliches, selbst als es von mir angefordert wurde, weil diverse Kommunikationsnotwendigkeiten bestanden - Der Trockner funktionierte sehr schlecht (max 2 Handtücher) wurde später ausgetauscht (der schaffte dann maximal 4 Handtücher) Mehrfaches hin und her zu Reparatur oder Austausch des Trockners und wechselnde Termine. - Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht gut steuern - Das Ausfahrtsgate aus der Anlage, das wir eigentlich gerne benutzt hätten, war die Hälfte der Zeit defekt, was oft ein Drehen und Fahren zur anderen Ausfahrt bedeutete. - Es fehlte eine richtige Anleitung zur Nutzung des Hauses und der Anlage - Die Fenster sahen aus, als wären sie seit Monaten nicht geputzt Wir waren 2019 in der Anlage, da war der Gesamtzustand sehr viel besser.

The property was nice however the property could have been cleaner. There were still crumbs on the counter from guests before and the towels need to be updated. The towels were old and dingy. Some of the dishes were not clean. I was able to get in contact with the property manager and he communicated very well for our stay. Overall the property could have been cleaner.

Great stsy

The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the venue we were attending. The owner was very kind and responsive to questions. We will stay again if another trip to Orlando is planned.
