Resort Like Waterfront 4/2 Pool Home Retreat en el este de Orlando, Florida

Casa recientemente remodelada 4/2 frente al canal con muelle y piscina relajantes, casa unifamiliar privada ubicada en el este de Orlando, cerca de la Universidad de Florida Central (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Universidad Full Sail, Parque de Investigación de la Florida Central, Cuadrángulo , atracciones principales como Walt Disney World y Universal Studios y playas famosas a nivel mundial. Preciosa cocina renovada con desayunador, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Master suite tiene una puerta a la terraza de la piscina y una ducha al aire libre. If you're thinking about staying at this property, do it! The house was everything you see and more. It was clean, large, comfortable and welcoming. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The pool is very enjoyable and a great place to cool off and relax. Communication with the owner is excellent. He replies to messages quickly and is very helpful. The welcome basket was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. We hope to be able to visit the area again soon and stay here again.

Things at this property were as described in the listing - no surprises. It is an older property, but clean and well stocked in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Also plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and 2 good sized bathrooms . Good communication from the owner from the time we booked until we checked out - he also provided a nice welcome basket of goodies. The Internet went down one day while we were out, but John had the cable company out there before we even realized there was a problem. Pool was nice and there was plenty of chairs for the patio area along with a couple of tables. We were surprised one morning when we looked out and saw someone cleaning the pool though. Wasn't expecting that, but it may have been covered in the welcome book and we just missed it. Only complaint at the pool is there is no hand rail at the steps. Not an issue for the younger crowd, but a little awkward getting in/out for us older people. We were looking for a place that wasn't in the tourist areas, but was still fairly close to attractions. It was about a 35-40 minute drive to Disney, SeaWorld, Airboat Rides, and the Kennedy Space Center so it was pretty centralized for us and is also only about 25 minutes from Sanford airport. Not many chain restaurants in the immediate area so be sure to check out the local places. Found Las Carretas next to Publix when we were stocking up for the week - won't find a better Mexican restaurant anywhere!

Baseball tournament

Our family and another traveled for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex. The property was just as listed and we had everything we needed. John, the host, was very responsive to all messages! He also left fishing rods for my boys to use while there. The kitchen was very well stocked and things such as dish detergent and hand soap was provided as well! We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area!

Celebrated a UCF Graduate. The layout of the house was perfect with two different living spaces, large table for cards/games and the pool area was beautiful and big enough for all of us to gather and swim.

Great find!

We had an amazing stay at this rental! Our group of 8 friends came to the area for Daytona Bike Week, and this home made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind together after long days out, and also a great space to gather in the mornings before heading out. The house was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone — both indoors and outdoors. The dining room table fit all 8 of us for meals, and we loved spending time on the beautiful patio and pool area, which also had a table large enough for our whole group. The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

John is a great host and his home met all of our expectations. He is quick to answer any questions and is very responsive to addressing any issues. Close to great golf and many other things. Don't miss the Morse museum in Winter Park if you like Tiffany art pieces. It's free admission on Fridays Nov through April. House was clean and just what we needed. Fully stocked and then some. Won't hesitate to book again when in the area.

Wonderful!

Stayed here for the day prior to and following my best friends wedding! It was the perfect place to relax and have a sweet sleepover with my closest pals. Check in and check out was a breeze and they left a few snacks for us which was so kind. I highly recommend :)side note and unrelated to the host, the neighbor was very friendly but a little too curious about what us girls were doing. he was walking around in his underwear outside in broad daylight. a few girls were a little uncomfortable with the interaction but nothing happened after the one occurrence.
